Pumped my tank and arrived exactly on time at 9am promptly. He was courteous and knowledgeable, helped me understand how to properly maintain my tank to minimize problems in the future. I will use them again and recommend them to my family and neighbors. A++

Josh was very professional, explaining everything he was doing. I paid $365 8 1/2 years ago to have the septic tank pumped in an emergency. This time, I decided to have it done routinely before a problem arose and called 3 companies for prices which ranged from $295 to $400 (quite a difference). Aaron did it for the quoted $295, but recommended having the baffle replaced for another $150. Josh showed me and explained why it needed to be done, which made sense. He seemed like an honorable, ethical and capable technician. He and his helper found the tank opening quickly with minimum disturbance to the yard. I worried when they brought in a backhoe, but told them the tank wasn't deep and I knew about where the lid was located. I would definitely use Aaron Septic again.

I had Tim come to my home today to inspect my Septic tank. He was professional and helpful. He made all necessary repairs on same appointment day in a timely manner. He showed me his Master Plumber License which made me feel good about his repairs. Aaron is fair and reasonable.

Tim just came to our home on Sunday.
he fixed my problem quickly and gave me a estmate on repairs that may be needed. Tim was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way, I would give more if possible. Santa should be very good to Tim, an honest plummer.

It was 7:30 am and my toilet began to bubble. We quickly called numerous septic companies in the Atlanta area and left messages on their answering machines. Only Aaron gave us the cell phone number of their man in the field, Tim. That was the beginning of the best friendly service, technical explanations and quality installation of any home system we have ever had to install. The money and stress involved in putting in a completely new septic system is daunting. They diagnosed, permitted and installed in less than a week and helped me host a house full of people at the same time! JUST AMAZING!
