Water Damage Repair and Kitchen Renovation
The first project Hayes Homeworks did for me started as replacing to water damaged door frames, repairing some steps, and fixing some gutter. I didn't know that there was extensive internal water damage from previous incorrectly installed flashing. Thomas and his team diagnosed the issue, developed a plan of remediation, and completed the work with a minimum impact on my household. Each day, the work site was left immaculate. One of Haye's strongest traits is communication, whether it be about cost, scheduling, problems encountered, etc. Thomas Hayes monitored the work site closely as well. Now I'm in the midst of a kitchen renovation, which has gone exceedingly well, and should be winding up shortly. Again, Thomas has managed the project professionally, and the rest of the team has executed very well. More about that experience when it is complete. I now have a five year plan of improvements, and will use Hayes Homeworks every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

It's major repairs like yours (when there's problems lurking beneath) where a root-cause approach becomes of paramount importance. Thanks for the patience while we discovered, corrected and repaired. Now the kitchen reno - that was more fun wasn't it!
