Maintenance Free Window Company

I have had several window companies come out and provide me estimates on 8 windows and Greg from Maintenance Free Windows was honest, did not try to push me into anything, and even beat the other guys pricing. Even came out to my house twice as I decided to add two more windows for a total of 10. The windows came in on time, even a few days earlier. Installation by James and his team was quick, efficient, and everything was cleaned up when they were done. I will say this, it was hard to watch them remove my old aluminum windows as they were not an easy task. Though at the end, we walked through each one, made sure everything was installed properly and James explained to me how to work each window. The bonus, you get a lifetime warranty on the windows with a reputable window manufacture who has been in business for many, many years! I would definitely recommend Maintenance Free Window Company to all of my friends and neighbors.

I recently had about 15 windows installed by MFW. Everything about the transaction was stress free. Chris and Neil, the installation crew, were exceptional. They were professional, thorough, did a beautiful caulk job, did an outstanding clean-up job, and even worked with the mailman and garbage pick-up since those areas were blocked. They were very willing to work with us to suit the needs of a sleeping baby. This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend MFW.

We needed to replace 9 windows in our condo and got estimates from four companies with respectable Kudzu reviews.

MFW had great quality, pricing was as advertised, fantastic warranty, and their sales man did the best job of all in educating us without bad mouthing his competition. He even made a second trip just to go through it all again with my wife! He was straight-forward and honest regarding the differences in quality, price, installation, etc. The installation was completed in a day and the installers did a great job as well. Then there was a follow-up to make sure we were satisfied.

We have been extremely pleased with our new windows. It is amazing what a difference it makes - we can see the outside now in HD!

The next time I need windows, I'll go straight to MFW and not waste time with the rest.

We were shopping for windows for the front of our home. We had 3 co’s come out. Prices were all over the place. Some tried to pressure us hard which we didn’t like. We ended up choosing Maintenance Free. Our salesperson, Rick Hatfield was knowledgeable and didn’t pressure us. His quote was a little more than we had budgeted but more competitive than the others. What surprised us was the work from the people who put the windows in. They were on time, very fast and also very competent. They were awesome. Very accommodating. The caulking was clean. Our home looks new. The house was cleaner than it was before they arrived. They showed us how to work the windows. Rick followed up when we were done to make sure we were satisfied. One of the best home improvement experiences we have ever had on our home. We recommend them without hesitation.
