Worst customer service. Ever., 8/20/2014

Single handedly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ever. Clear lack of leadership and lack of responsibility. My delivery drama is a long and involved story, which I won't bore... you with here, but suffice it to say it involved 2 failed delivery attempts (including one that was 4 hours late - without a notification phone call), lies by the driver and the company, many messages left and no returned phone calls. I ordered my appliances from Home Depot and, as much as I love Home Depot, because of their contract with this company, I likely will not order anything that has to be delivered by Spirit from Home Depot again. I wish I could give them no stars.

Awful, 3/22/2013

Truly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with, combined with their partner(GE appliances). If you by from the GE store, this is who they use and you will regret the experience. No choice in... delivery times, required multiple install attempts and terrible customer service.

I hope Home Depot reads this

Was given a 4 hour window (standard) and 2 hours in I got a call that their truck had broken down and my window was being extended 2 hours. Their deadline came and went, no delivery, no phone call. They get a 1 for value because even though I wasn't charged for delivery, I would have paid for it to be on time.

Awful

*Lacks customer service & integrity*

Spirit did not call ahead as I was told. The driver showed, but said my fridge, that I had ordered from Home Depot, would not fit, although he had not unloaded it from the truck. When I asked that he try to install it as we had checked all measurements before buying the fridge a month ago, he walked outside and LEFT. When I called Spirit, they defended their driver (who NEVER even TRIED to install the fridge, nor removed it from the truck). Spirit then called back, claiming to be a Home Depot Warehouse manager and stated they would re-try deliver next week with another delivery team, but that I should be prepared to order a smaller fridge. Beware of this company and their practices.

Stupidest delivery place I've heard of

I was told by where I purchased my order that these people would call me to schedule an appointment the day before. When they call, it's an automated message giving me a four hour window I couldn't do. When I tried to talk to a real person, I was hung up on. Because they called from a number that didn't show up on caller id, I had to drive to where I bought my appliance to get a number. Once I finally was able to talk to someone, LaTonya tells me times are automated and that she cant schedule any other time, only days. I need more than a half day's notice to change around my schedule. I will never use them again and luckily, the place I bought it agreed to deliver it themselves at the time that was good for me.

home depot appliance delivery service

gave them home address 3 times prior to delivery. was given 4 hr window (13:15-17:15) for delivery time. received call at 14:30 to tell me they were delivering to home depot store, not home address. some "arrangement" had been made with home depot to deliver appliance to my house. home depot has no such service, hence the outsourcing. naturally, no one at home depot knew anything about delivering my appliance from the store. another day of waiting...4 days since purchase. oh, and though the delivery is free, they charge for the hookup (washing machine).
