Everyone in the company responded very quickly to phone call, e-mails, etc.
Worked very well with insurance adjustors who were not always cooperative!
Andrew was professional and very easy to work with. He was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done every step of the way. He coordinated everyone needed for flooring, painting, carpet, tile, etcand always let me know when they would be coming to the house.
He also made sure that everything was done right. He spent many hours doing the work that needed to be done himself. Daniel was also very easy to work with as well as a few otherscan't remember names. Overall I am pleased with the end resultour floor looks incredible and so does our bathroom....

This is a hard working, responsible, and knowledgeable bunch of guys. We had a water supply leak affecting 3 floors and these guys responded quickly and efficiently. Ethan was wonderful in dealing with the insurance adjustor and making sure repairs were made properly. They rebuilt my bathroom and both the design and work was exceptional. And nice guys to boot.

Having noticed my water bill steadily increasing over the past few months I called a plumber to see if there was an issue. Long story short and a couple of hundred dollars later, there was a leak in my kitchen and there appeared to be some damage in the floors. Knowing NOTHING about water damage restoration I started researching companies on Kudzu and ran across Team Terra. Very impressed by their overwhelmingly positive reviews I called the number listed, fully expecting to leave a voice mail since it was 10:00 at night. To my surprise Ethan Harrell answered my call. To my amazement, he spent the next half hour explaining what they did and how water damage restoration worked. After having worked with them for four weeks, I can attest that their reviews are all well deserved. Ethan pointed out my options and educated me enough so that I could make informed decisions with regards to the actual repair as well as the restoration of the hardwood floors, cabinets and some tile that all needed to be replaced (still amazed how such a small leak can wreak such unnoticeable havoc!) This whole project went from being pretty intimidating to pretty painless due in large part to Team Terra.

If you are looking for someone who will walk you through the process step by step, who will work with your insurance company all the while keeping you in the loop, who will absolutely redefine the meaning of customer service (ANDREW NORMAN!), then Team Terra is the company for you.

I had a pipe that burst in my home which caused substantial damage to my garage, kitchen/wood floors and into my basement.Team terra dispatched their team immediately and they remained at my home until 2:45am until they had everything set up to dry out everything, took the time to explain to me the process, ripped out installation in my garage and guided me through the process of reporting the issue to my insurance. One stop shopping with great customer service. The restoration team was spot on with their estimate to my insurance company and they do it all from re sanding and staining my wood floors, to the dry wall, painting and they have their own HVAC people.The entire experience, although unfortunate to have occurred, was made much less stressful as the team was understanding, compassionate and extremely punctual.The project manager contacted me both via email/telephone very quickly and all contractors were professional, neat and on time.Everyone I have come in contact with is very professional but especially Ethan and Andrew.
