For whomsoever looking to replace their HVAC, please take my true experience and go with Premier Indoor. From the beginning of the sales call, by DANNY GASKINS to the installer MIKE to repair technician, Premier does not cut corners and does a QUALITY JOB. Once I called them on a sunday(for no issue of theirs :-)) and Mike was at my home within an hour and took care of problem. I will bullet my experience so that its easy to follow: 1. Danny went over my system options and gave me the right configuration needed for my house. He also gave me a very competitive price for the system that i was buying. 2. On the appt day, which was very HOT AND HUMID on the attic, the installers were on time and got going. 3. Two days after the install, the Service manager came and took care of the fine nitty gritties and tune up needed. 4. Danny sent me within 30 minutes the Tax documents when i needed it for the energy tax credit. It has been a pleasant, real and true experience for my HVAC with premier and hope you will say the same after yours. Wishes!

Had an issue with an appointment scheduling mistake that I had to speak to a supervisor to correct, but they corrected it the same day. The tech arrived and told me that the diagnostic would be waived due to the inconvenience and he worked hard to make sure my questions were answered and the A/C was working correctly. I would definitely recommend this company.
Initially, I wrote a very nice review. Unfortunately, much has happened over the course of 6 months that I deem it necessary to make a revision. I would like to first state that the project manager, David, was professional in attire and presentation. He made certain I understood the project and pointed out that which other company consultants did not catch. He was easy to contact and gave me everything I asked for w/o question. His crew, Jason and Josh, did a great job and immediately addressed a concern a day after the project was complete and paid for. Please note that I purchased their top of the line heating and air system. To date, I have yet to receive my rebate for $1100 as stated in my contract that Premier Indoor Comfort was responsible for. I was also eligible for their web special. However, due to an "error" on their part, I accepted a lesser offer with no complaint. Not only have I not received that offer, but I paid a membership fee and spent time completing the requirements. These are both internal issues at the Atlanta office. As for my system, it shut down twice in November (within 6 months of installation. It took a week for them to determine a part was installed incorrectly. I allowed the company ample time to work with me prior to contacting the BBB in March. The company is unresponsive and the case unresolved. People make mistakes; itís how they resolve them that matters.
After talking to four other HVAC companies, I chose Premier. They seemed to have all the answers and Josh, their sales person, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We chose to go with the top of the line - Lennox System and we are very impressed to this point. Their install team was very professional and knowledgeable. We had a problem with a steam humidifier (no fault of Premier). Premier researched it quickly and determined that they were not happy with that brand and came out and changed the humidifier to a different brand with higher efficiency at no charge. You don;t find that kind of Customer Care very often. We found Jeremy, their service tech, to be very very knowledgeable.
Our heater stopped working after midnight and it was getting extremely cold, so we called 4 different companies and they told us to wait until 6am for a technician. It was 18 degrees outside and we weren't going to wait that long. We called Premier and they sent out an on-call technician, and 1 hour later we were warm again. Mike was extremely professional, he fixed the issue in 20 minutes. I would definately use them again in the future.
During the middle of the night, the glow rod in our furnace went out and we awoke to a house with a temperature of 47 degrees. I called Premier Indoor Comfort Systems the next morning and they sent Ralph out within hours. He fixed the problem within 20 minutes and was extremely friendly. He only charged 118 bucks for the part and the labor, which was about 75 percent cheaper than the next best estimate I had. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Fast response time, great customer service, friendly technicians, and best price in town.
From the first time Chad contacted me to let me know he was headed to my home for my appointment, he has been proactive and professional beyond measure. When he said he would be at home within an hour, it actually happened! In addition, Chad let me know that he would do all he could to help fix my unit by cleaning it. Shortly thereafter, my unit had been cleaned and the unit was working. This might not be news to you, but contractor companies donít seem to hire individuals that say what they do and do what they say without follow-up from the consumer. Another company (Piedmont Mechanical Contractors, Inc.) sent an individual to my home last week that was not properly equipped or knowledgeable about their trade. I was stuck all weekend without air conditioning. I look forward to seeing Chad when my second visit is needed for my AC unit to be checked in the winter, and only wish I could count on other contractors I have used in the same manner.
We called Premier to bid on replacing the upstairs A/C with a new unit when our existing unit went out. The sales consultant recommended a slightly larger system than what we currently had and we went with the recommendation. We had a few follow up issues that were addressed immediately without charge. We really appreciated the time and effort Tyson and his service department dedicated to our installation. Harry and Bo in the service and installation department were excellent to work with. I would highly recommed them to work on your systems, they will take the time to do what is right.
Premier is a wonderful heating and air company. I had problems with my system and no one could figure it out. It even took Premier three trips to diagnose and fix the problem but they finally got it right. And when it wasn't fixed the first time, they were incredibly nice and came back right away. I wouldn't use any other company for heating and air.
The technician was able to identify the problem quickly. I had air conditioning in an hour. Maintenance was also included in my payment.
I have used Premier in both my business and my residence. The fee is reasonable and the work done is good.
As a single woman, I greatly value trustworthy companies. I have used Premier since 2005. My HVAC died in July, 2006, and I was not able to take off of work to be home to wait for a repair person. I left a key for them to diagnose the problem. While I don't typically do this, I had additional comfort because several people at my job will only use Premier. Everything worked out and I feel that they are thorough, honest, and fair.
I'm so happy that my wife and I decided to call. They were extremely polite and helpful. I originally called when our unit (the original one) started acting up. They came out right away and their priced werent bad either! Give them a call if youre looking for a good company
I was referred to Premier as a result of my independent searching for a qualified Geothermal unit replacement for a unit that recently failed on me (after 20 years of service). I selected the WATERFURNACE brand. WaterFurnace referred me to Premier as their local authorized rep. After initial call, Premier was on site within a few days, did an assessment, and guided me to select the right configuration. A order from the factory was placed (mine was an uncommon unit), and upon receipt of the unit from the factory, installation started the next day. It took all of a day to uninstall / remove / reinstall the new WaterFurnace unit. They did an awesome job on the install and also helped by teaching me some effective sealing and insulating techniques that I had not seen before. The install team was a pleasure to deal with and did a very professional job. Two years later, the WF unit had failed (manufacturers defect) and Premier came out and got us back on line quickly. I appreciate their professionalism and speed of which they keep in touch with their customers. Great folks, would highly recommend them to anyone interested in experienced HVAC work.
I needed an entire system replacement and found Premier on Kudzu.com. I couldn't be happier with every step of the process - the intial sales consultation with Josh, Heather in the office, and the final install with Bo and Andrew. Very professional and very knowledgable. They made sure I understood the best solution for my needs. Highly recommend these guys!
My furnace fan stopped working just before it snowed. Premier was great from start to finish. Chad was very polite and efficient. He did a great job at getting my unit running again and cleaning it up. I will definitely be using them again for regular maintenance, as well as recommending them to anyone who will listen.
