High Priority Plumbing And Services Inc

After giving me a way overpriced quote to repair a broken pipe under my driveway I decided to file a claim with my insurance company. My insurance agent needed an itemized invoice, as is standard policy when filing a claim for home repairs. After two weeks of daily calls to this company, High Priority never followed through with what they promised. This was a colossal waste of time. I called Xpress Drain Cleaning Services and could not have been happier with them. They came out the same day, gave me an itemized quote as requested. Surprisingly, the quote was over $1000 cheaper than what High Priority was charging.

I can not attest to the quality of work done by High Priority, since I never had the chance to hire them due to their unresponsiveness. However, I can attest to their business practices and comparative pricingboth of which I found to be subpar....

I have had High Priority come to my home several times, the last being a new hot water heater. They are thorough, on time, courteous, and dop a GREAT job. The people I have worked with (Denise, Brittany, Gabriel, Ronald and several others) are very polite and GET THE JOB DONE.

This company's main priority is to separate you from your hard-earned money and leave you with nothing more than is left behind by non-working plumbing. If it were possible to give them no stars, I would. I would give them a symbol of what they left me.

Our plumber came even earlier than they said he would, estimated a very tough set of jobs at a reasonable price (half that of another estimate!). He finished the work (installing a new pressure regulating valve and new pipes, several valves, and fixed two leaky faucets) in his estimated 4 hours, even with a major problem in the middle with a dangerous ground fault to our pipes that nearly electrocuted him. He was unflustered and, after we shut off the power, he efficiently finished everything.

The company called me and gave methe standard four hour time of when they will arrive. However the PlummerJohn Fleming called me before he was due and came earlier. When arrived he was the most professional and knowledgeable Plummer I had ever met. He explain everything and got the problem fixed right away. If you need a great Plummer this is the place to call !!
