Not Impressed, 4/23/2015

We had a disappointing experience with High Priority Plumbing. Despite an active leak, they told us it would be several days before an appointment could be scheduled. They did not respond to my... follow-up calls to confirm the appointment. The technician who completed the service had a rude attitude and did not explain the repair that was made. When we asked if he saw any water damage the technician said that wasn't part of his service call. We will not use this company again, nor will we recommend them to anyone.

Don't call these guys ... ever!, 2/06/2015

They said they would be there between noon and 3P; and the guy showed-up 10mins till 5PM. After making us waste our day waiting for them, the guy who showed up wasn't competent. I don't think he was... a licensed plumber. All he did was stick a drain snake down the toilet and made a mess but did not solve the problem. If that wasn't enough he broke the tool in the pipe and left: 1) the broken tool in the pipe, 2) A mess in the bathroom (without clearing it and derbies under the toilet without replacing the seal! ) and 3) the line blocked. He then said he was going to call a supervisor and never called back. We had to hire someone else to get the problem solved. Find someone else to solve your problem. These guys have problems of their own and they need to solve first, before anyone lets them into a clean house again!!

Finally found a plumber to fix the problem...

We have had several plumbers come out to fix our toilets and they change out parts, but the problem was never solved. We told Sam what was happening and he figured out the problem and made the fix. He also gave us advice on maintaining our water heater too.

Not Impressed

Live up to their name!

Our service man kept us posted on his arrival time, arrived as we expected. It took him only minutes to determine we needed a replacement of our disposal and he quickly located a new disposal in his well supplied truck.He then installed and tested the new disposal, ran over recommended maintenance steps,thoroughly cleaned up and was back on the road. Total repair time was less than 30 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this company--they truly live up to their name.

Great Plumber!

High Priority was sent to us by our home warranty company - AHS. Eric was knowledgable and kind - taking the time to explain to me what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, how proper operation looked/sounded, and offered suggestion on how to troubleshoot problems in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised with Chris Whitmore this morning. He arrived on time, resolved my problem, and was extremely efficient, courteous, personable, AND professional! I recommend High Priority for a garbage disposal problem, or any plumbing problem.

Horrific Customer Service

High Priority Plumbing was sent out to our house as part of our home warranty contract with AHS. The problem was not covered by the warranty so the company gave us a quote for them to make the repair (a leaking water main line between the street and the house). This was for an ACTIVE leak to the house that had caused our water bill to be almost $700. The tech said they could make the repair ASAP, he quoted us a reasonable price, and they even had a coupon for this exact type of work on their website. My husband and I then spent the next TWO WEEKS calling the company every single day trying to schedule them to come out to make the repair. Every day they gave us the runaround and promised to call us back to schedule. We never once received a return call (it has now been over 3 weeks). The last time I called them the lady said they weren't sure if they could even do this type of work. If that is the case, WHY did they give us a quote for it, WHY is there a coupon for this type of work on their website, and WHY didn't they tell us this immediately rather than over TWO WEEKS after they gave us the quote, during which time we have an ongoing active leak costing us money and causing secondary damage? The people I spoke with on the phone (daily) were very nice, but this type of customer service is absolutely absurd.

Simply "Outstanding!"

My husband and I have very much appreciated the work and exemplary professionalism provided by Mr. Brian Simpson and his High Priority Plumbing and Services team in resolving an ejector pump issue that we experienced in our home recently. We would also like to extend special kudos to technician, Mr. Darrell Holley, for his selflessness and dedication in researching the problem and expeditiously rectifying it for us. High Priority was outstanding in managing such a complex project in an efficient and cost effective manner. Mr. Holley arrived on short-notice and took the time to explain explicit details so that we understood every step in the process. Their pro-active collaboration and problem-solving ensured the project was completed within budget and on-time. We look forward to working with Mr Simpson and his team of professionals on any new projects that may occur in the future. Early Arrival, Problem Fixed Quickly

Had leaking pipe leading into water heater. Called Home Warranty and was referred to HP. John was even early for the window of time I was given due to a cancellation. He assessed the issue and had it repaired quickly. No more leak and dripping mess! Very friendly and nice :)

Prompt Service, great service.

HP Plumbing was referred through my home warranty plan and I could not be happier with the timely response and level of service. Darin came sooner than the appointed time and handled my clogged sink quickly.

Great customer service!!!

Priority Plumbing was selected by our home warranty company to check out a leak in our rental's bathroom. They were both prompt and extremely friendly (Chris Whitmore was the lead tech called out). Upon looking at the stained ceiling, they immediately determined that it was NOT a plumbing issue since there was no plumbing running over the site of the stain. The technicians then looked in the attic and confirmed their initial suspician that the leak/stains were most likely related to the AC unit or some other single occurring incident. They even offered to call the warranty company to switch my ticket to an AC unit so that I wouldn't have to pay the deductible twice. Overall th

Wasted a couple of days waiting around...

Hello! why come to fix something when you don't come with the parts? Is it so much to ask what part/brand name/problem and come with what you need... (I waited 3 hours the first time they came ) The technician came and didn't fix it. Said he didn't have the part he needed. Said he used that part at the jobs earlier that morning. Then said he would come back. They never called to reschedule. So you have to follow up. The second guy came 3 days later... we waited all day again... He gave me a hard time about not being there since I ran out for a quick errand after waiting all day for them. Told him I'd be there in 2 minutes... He came to fix another problem - not the original problem that we called about. He said there's nothing wrong with the original problem & they can't fix it. They also refused to install something for us when I had told the first guy 3 days before. Don't waste your time waiting around for these people. If they know what they are doing, they sure are not showing it. They are unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful. Wasted 2 of my days waiting for them & they didn't fix the problem we original called about.
