Andre recently completed our bathroom tile job. I called several that didnít return my calls or the pricing was unreasonable. He was great to work with from helping us selecting the tile and... remodeling ideas. The quality of work was excellent and he was great to work with. We will be using him again and recommend his services.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Remodel of 8x13 Master Bath for $24K: $8K down / $8K mid / $8K finish. Week 1: demo, framing, electrical, and some drywall. Week 2: we disagreed over plumbing fixtures. Contract specified Andre... buy Delta Cassidy fixtures (see attached), but he estimated only builder grade fixtures, and threatened to quit. We split the difference; I paid Andre an additional $600. Week 5: Andre told me the fixtures had arrived, the plumber was ready to start, and asked for midpoint payment. I said plumbing rough-in must complete before midpoint payment. Andre quit. He never bought the plumbing fixtures, and did not return the money. My wife and I have since completed the job using independent subcontractors. Many thanks to Oscar Mengar (Drywall), Tom Ward (Plumbing), Bob Humphrey (Shower Glass), Brian and Trish at IIB Stone (Granite), and Carlos Vasquez (Tile).VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Shower Doors by TJ has been installing shower doors for Tile Creations for several years now. The beautiful tile jobs they do are "top notch". You will always be more than satisfied with their work and professionalism. Andre and Crew are the best at what they do. I highly recommend! TJ

Atlanta Tile Experts strives to meet the needs of our customers. When we set up the original contract, there was no agreement on fixtures; as a general rule, unless it is specified on the contract, we use contractor-grade materials--neither the best, nor the worst, materials. Mr. Carter changed the contract himself, requiring Delta fixtures cassidy line( brushed bronzed) that were $3000 over the allotted amount for his plumbing. Mr. Carter is incorrect in stating that he paid Atlanta Tile Experts anything above the first payment of $8000. The extra money for the plumbing fixtures was to have been applied to the second payment; however, we did not collect it and thus did not order it. In the 3 weeks that Atlanta Tile Experts was in Mr. Carter's home, we had several discussions about equipment and could never come to a congenial conclusion. Mr. Carter was asking for a lot of free work and after a period of discussion we came to the mutual conclusion that we should probably part ways. We fulfilled the work for the initial $8000 and left the bathroom in a good condition in which a new contractor could take over the balance of the job with little trouble. We are not a business that normally walks away from $16,000 under normal circumstances. Obviously the work environment was toxic and our company made an agreement that we would release from the job and Mr. Carter would owe us nothing more, even though we had completed more than $8000 worth of work.
We hired Atlanta Tile Experts to remodel our master bath. From start to finish, it was a great working relationship. They totally changed the look of our bathroom, cutting down a wall and installing a frameless shower door and panels. They put in a new shower and floor, redid our tub deck, and put in all new custom cabinetry and granite countertops. They also put in new electrical fixtures, and they even rerouted the sink plumbing to make us have two sinks instead of one. They were great about making sure we knew what was being done, and they always listened to our concerns. They made changes as we asked for them, and always told us what the outcome would be before making a change. We would highly recommend them to anybody who wants quality work done in a reasonable amount of time. We would definitely hire them again.
Hired them to work on my bathroom. They did a great job and were very professional. The tile looks great and they did a great job on the whole renovation. They weren't the cheapest but they were the best. I am very happy with the work and really love how different my bathroom looks.
So, my Dad had the white fiberglass shell and old tile that had a serious leak. Mr.Andre Paschall and his crew did a beautiful shower remodel in only 4 short days!!! Mr.Paschall kept me in the loop with the details of the project while I was at work. They respected our house and their work area was clean after each day. Highly professional!!!!
They did a great job renovating my bathrooms and kitchen. I found them on Kudzu and they have been everything they said they would be. The tile work is impeccable and the countertops look terrific with the tile they helped us choose. They were great about giving advice without overselling. I never felt pressured. They were so tidy every day, left no mess behind, and were always on time, which is greatly appreciated. The custom cabinets are gorgeous. And were very affordable, except for the stone tile. But that was my fault. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for the best in the business--I can't say enough good things about them. I felt at ease with every part of the process and was delighted that they got so much work done in so short a time. When we had a small crack show up after everything had dried, Andre showed up right away and fixed it. Some of the things I chose to do were sort of expensive, like putting a French pattern with my tile, so that ate into my budget a little bit on the kitchen. But everything else was very affordable and I love what they did.
From start to finish, Atlanta Tile Experts was the perfect company for the job. They were on the ball in every y. Andre came and gave us a quote that fit what we needed to spend, and then kept to the costs all the way through. He and his crew are very friendly and hard working and they did a great job of keeping everything clean. They are real craftsmen--their work is outstanding and we really felt as if we had hit the jackpot on contractors. After they finished the bathroom we hired them for, we contracted to have our kitchen tiled and our foyer done in hardwood. They stand behind their work and they make sure you are 100% happy before they leave your home.
I am so happy with the job Atlanta Tile Experts did on my bathrooms. My house was built in the early 90s and it totally looked like it in the bathrooms--we just never did anything with them. We hired Atl Tile Experts to come in and redo them completely--they pulled out all the old flooring and showers in two bathrooms and completely remodeled them both. The master got a really gorgeous travertine with a frameless shower door and we did the floor in that same travertine. It has gorgeous accent tiles running around the shower and a really nice niche for shampoo and soap. The guest bath got to lose its awful fiberglass tub and surround, and we got a fresh new tub with great tile around it. They got custom cabinetry in both bathrooms. The update is wonderful and we are finally in the 21st century. Andre is a real personable guy and really honest and hard working. His crew was always really nice and they always made sure they cleaned up when they left. We will hire them again.
We hired them to replace a kitchen floor that was full of cracks. They ripped out the old floor and fixed the subfloor. Andre talked to me about changing my grout and he was right! Not only does the darker grout look better, it won't look dirty. He also helped us decide on the best tile and I'm really happy. The floor looked so good we had them put in a backsplash too. My kitchen looks all new! They were fair on their prices and were really quick. I'm very happy I found them.
My master bath needed a major overhaul and Atlanta Tile Experts came in and gave me a bathroom right out of a magazine. They helped me figure out what sort of tile I wanted, advised me on what was best for my decor and the use of my space, and they found me a great deal on custom cabinetry. They were here on time every day and cleaned up so nicely, and they even came on the weekend when it was easier for me to be here. They are honest and kind, and they work hard to make sure their customers are really happy. I am going to have them come back to work on my guest bathroom. Their work is top-notch and they will even change something if you decide you want something different. Nice guys, I've told all my friends.
Atlanta Tile services came out and put tile in my shower and floor for my basement bathroom. The price they charged was great compared to the other quotes I had received. They were very knowledgable of the type of tile and gave great suggestions on design. They did a fabulous Job and I definitely 100% would recommend Atlanta Tile Experts for your tile or flooring needs.
I'm really impressed with the job Atlanta Tile Experts did on my house. They redid my master bath and put in hardwood floors in my foyer and livingroom. The new floors are beautiful and they were really careful to make sure the wood acclimated before they put it down. They did a great job on the bathroom. I liked how they stayed until everything was done, and cleaned up every day before they left. They finished the jobs when they said they would and they made sure all the details were done. Andre even put a pretty design in my shower. Will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them.
Atlanta Tiles Experts (ATE)- came in and demolished and rebuilt our bathroom complete with Travertine marble tile with glass decorative inserts, new toilet, tub, and a creative vanity countertop with integral sink made of decorative concrete. Our family and relatives enjoy using the bathroom as well as it being a real " conversation" starter. Andre and his team of craftsman really came through for us once again! As always we recommend them and will be using them for our kitchen backsplash next
Andre and his team did a outstanding job. We had to get our master shower floor redone, down to the subfloor ripped out, and Tile Creations did a wonderful job. I would use them again without hesitation.

We hired Atlanta Tile Experts to remodel our master bath. The guys were there every day when they said they would be and they kept things really clean while they were working. They did a great job and were able to put some extra touches in for us that made our bathroom look really great. They came with a good recommendation from a friend and I will recommend them myself. I really liked how the owner, Andre, kept our budget where we wanted it, and how he gave us good advice about what would look best. He doesn't try to take you for anything extra--a real honest guy.
