We've been using them for about 5 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else to give us an honest answer about our A/C. They aren't the cheapest, but they aren't the most expensive either. I will say, though, I've never had to have them come a 2nd time to fix ANYTHING. THAT's worth a LOT. Only thing is - the phone number in the Kudzu ad is wrong! It's 770-345-9707.

Had an issue with my residential original builder A/C Unit. After having delt with a different company when my upstairs unit went out of service, I was looking for someone else to wokr with on my downstairs unit. I was able to negotiate an excellent price with Premier, they arrived on-time, finished the installatino of the new line and unit quickly, and everything worked perfectly from the moment they were done (can't say that about the last vendor I worked with). I would highly recommend Premier Indoor Comfort Systems if you have HVAC needs in the Atlanta area.

Our experience began when James Knox, our service technician, expertly discovered a potential future problem with our old HVAC unit during our semiannual service. He briefly went over our options with me, and suggested I talk further with Steve Kenyon, our salesperson. Steve helped us make a very informed decision in the replacement of our system. The staff arranged financing and prompt installation, allowing us to take full advantage of rebates and tax credits available to us. The installation process was very clean and professional. Our son, himself a plumber from out of state, happened to be at the house during the install, and was very impressed with the workmanship – truly first rate! The entire experience was a great one. We would certainly recommend Premier to anyone with HVAC needs.

I’d like to take a moment to express my appreciation to the folks at Premier Indoor Comfort Systems for a job well done. From the moment I called to report the problem (just after 8:00a) until its resolution (after 9:00p same day), my wife and I were overwhelmed by their professionalism, courtesy, and expertise. I’ve had two horrible experiences with two other HVAC services within the year and, being somewhat new to the area, turned to Kudzu for help. Long story short, I was out of town on business travel about a month ago, and my pregnant wife was home alone with no heat. Thankfully, Premier worked around her schedule and James Knox was able to come out in the evening to fix the problem. Mr. Knox and Premier (including the receptionist who took my initial call and the dispatcher who took a subsequent one) exemplify what I’ve tried so hard to find in a HVAC service provider for the past year: honesty, integrity, and good old-fashioned kindness. Mr. Knox easily found our problem which, coincidentally, resulted from the shoddy work performed by a previous company. He also went above and beyond to explain what was wrong, why it happened, and what we could do in the future for preventive maintenance. Thank you, Premier. You have a customer for life – I only wish I’d found you sooner.
I had a 100% positive experience with Premier. I was in the market for a new a/c unit. The salesperson who came to my house was professional and was able to clearly and respectfully answer all of my questions. Within a day or two he emailed me a detailed price quote covering three different options. My install was not urgent but Premier was still able to schedule me within days of my signing off. The installers were probably the most professional and courteous technicians I have ever had in my home. Their workmanship was top notch; they also explained to me places where my "antique" system had some less than ideal components, and went the extra mile to update those components with my new unit. I appreciate that attention to detail. They explained everything to me, left no mess, and were overall pleasant to have in my home. I highly recommend Premier. If I have repair needs with my furnace in the future, I will definitely use them. Also, because of the consistently positive reviews I read on Kudzu, I called them first and did not shop around for other quotes. Their prices seemed totally reasonable and I feel that in hindsight it was a great decision to go with them.

I have always used a very reliable company for my air conditioning needs but alas they had a long wait to repair my airconditoner becaucxe it was hot. I call Premier and from the very beginning they were porfessional and preformed as promised. Terry and NAthan arrived and hour early spread drop clothes and installed a new Lennox system in our attic. espite the heat they were fast and good. WHen done you conld not tell they had been there except of course it was alot cooler

It all started with a call to set up an estimate, Steve showed up on time and made me feel comfortable and assured me that me needs and wants would be met. The day of install I was greeted at the door by Jason and Timothy with a handshake and a smile. Over the next 2 days both showed great skill and professionalism during the install. Steve even came by to check up and go over the install. Nathan another great representative was around to make sure the job was going as planned and make sure I was happy. For the 2nd time in two years I have used Premier to install new equipment (last year a complete system, this week a new AC). I actually found Premier on Kudzu. Their work is first rate--done professionally from start to finish. Joaquin and Aldo did the work on both projects and I trust them completely. Premier's price was fair and there was no attempt to add on to the price with unnecessary features. And, this week when choosing between two ACs, they did not try to push me towards the more expensive equipment but helped walk me through the variables so I could make an informed decision. In fact, when there were components we did not need (e.g. a new breaker panel), they adjusted the price downward. I interviewed many companies, narrowed my search to two companies (each of which would have done a good job) and chose Premier for its combination of quality and value.

My air condition froze while I was out of town. I called two other companies in Marietta to repair. I spent over $900, and had no air after several days. IT WAS HOT!!!! So hot my freezer line broke cause entire basement to flood. The customer service of these two prior companies was HORRIBLE. The first company was completely unable to determine the problem and told me I needed many expensive repairs. The second found the problem but made a wiring error causing the unit to not function. They then claimed the water line which broke and damaged the unit. I called Premier crying and they sent STEVE KENYON. This man is an angel. He was polite and honest even though my basement was still stinky from water pipe leak. Although he does sales , he noticed that the new part was not functioning, called his service center, and fixed my crossed wires. He could have tried to sell me a new unit but he tried to fix my unit. As a woman, I can not experess how much I appreciate a man like STEVE who cares more about helping customers than sales. Found out his company charges HALF the price of other companies that I paid for inferior service. Office staff was also caring. We needed a customer centric, professional, and responsive HVAC company to take over servicing our home's HVAC systems. After considerable research, we contacted Premier. Ms. Applegate was knowledgeable and proficient with scheduling and answering our questions. The owners, Mr. Swann and Mr. Sampson each read our emails and responded that they wanted to earn our business. Our service tech, Mr. Huecker arrived on time and conducted the service of our two HVAC systems with professionalism and considerable technical skill. Nothing less would be expected from a fellow vet. After 4 weeks, the systems are running perfectly. At a time when quality service companies are hard to find, Premier clearly demonstrates their sincere effort to be a top rated HVAC company through their actions and quality personnel.
My ac stopped cooling last night, and I called Premier hoping to get service today, but knowing it's the busy season, I wasn't expecting an appt until tomorrow. The call was answered on the first ring, and the dispatcher was understanding and helpful. She was able to fit me into a cancellation spot, and had Eric at my house within 2 hours of my call. He found the problem, and had my ac cooling again within 10 minutes or less. He was extremely polite and pleasant to deal with- He even made friends with my dogs which was a very nice gesture to me. :-) Premier has some great employees! I truly believe that I couldn't have found better service with any other company, and I appreciate it very much. I had Premier replace my furnace a few years ago, and when my ac unit needs replacing (hopefully way off in the future) I will definitely have Premier at the top of the list.

I realized Sunday morning, the 4th of July, that the AC was not working and the unit was frozen. After an attempt to thaw and an electrical burning smell, I called Premier. Surprisingly, Trish answered the telephone and told me a technician would be out that day. Trish was very helpful. Later James arrived and found the problem. James explained the issues and repaired them. James was courteous and professional, even after having to work his entire 4th of July on two call outs.

My a/c unit stopped cooling during a very hot time. I called Premier and had to wait two days (for a regular appointment. I'm sure I could have gotten emergency service.) Anyway, after a long day, Eric got to my house around 7:30 and was done by 8:15. And the best thing is that is was a small (relatively inexpensive) part and I got to use a coupon for a free service call. I can't say enough about how professional and quick Eric was. Good value with no bull. I would definitely use them again!

Steve Kenyon came to my home on a Friday afternoon and presented various options on new HVAC systems for the attic and basement. He answered all my questions and helped me decide on which system would be best. Because we had no air conditioning at all upstairs, I was eager to get new systems installed as soon as possible. Although it was late on Friday afternoon, Steve quickly made arrangements to have the systems installed on Monday. Premier technicians Nathan, Jason and Timothy worked very hard and did a fabulous job with the installation, and we could not be more pleased with the results. Despite very high temperatures in the attic, they were extremely careful in removing the old furnace and air conditioner and placed drop cloths on the carpets to ensure there was no mess. They also explained how the new thermostats operated and made sure I understood before leaving. True professionals in every sense of the word! I've told all my friends and colleagues of Premier's premier service, and urged them to call Premier rather than another company.
