Customer NO Service, 9/04/2008

I pay all my bills using an on-line banking bill-pay service. When paying my gas bill in April of 2008, I made a typo in the amount to be paid and overpaid by $1000.00. Yes, this was my blunder and I... should have been more careful, however, one would think that after contacting the company and explaining the situation that they would be willing to refund the money once they realized it was a mistake. I did call Catalyst Customer Service in April of 2008 and they said they would refund the money but it would take 30 days for me to get a check. Well here it is September of 2008 and they still have my money. I recently contacted them again and asked them why I have yet to receive a refund and they could not give me an answer. I am now trying to seek help through the GA PSC and hopefully they will be able to help me.

Pre-paid product is great, 5/08/2007

Slow Turn-on Process

I wish I had researched more and found a company with cheaper rates for a person with a challenged credit score. Plus, I had to call to find out why it was taking them so long to schedule my turn-on date since my initial payment cleared the bank. The whole turn-on process took a week AFTER I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHY NO ONE HAD CALLED ME YET!
