Very bad customer service!!!!!
The customer service here is the worst, specifically the tech that checked my eyes before seeing the doctor, she was rude and disrespectful, she actually laughed at my while I was talking to the doctor about a problem with my lenses. I was their weeks earlier for the same complaint of blurriness in one of my contacts and I recall her being very rude and nasty to an elderly woman. I told the woman that I understand and that usually I got my contacts from Walmart and the service was much better, and the people working their were professional and polite, it's hard to believe that Walmart has better service! Wow!
