Majestic Plumbing

Overall, I have been pleased with my experience with Majestic Plumbing. Generally, the guys who come are capable, friendly, and fast. Just don't count on them to call 20-25 minutes before they come; they say they will, but for me, at least, this has been inconsistent. The best thing about them: they don't charge for an estimate.

Doing bath remodel, called and asked if someone could give a quote for plumbing. Very rude lady on the phone, Says "What kind of work?" Told her I called a plumber because it was plumbing work. Explained what 'remodel' means, and said we are installing a corner whirlpool tub. She says; "We don't do those." I would think they could look at the job before becoming rude.

We were delighted with the prompt, courteous and efficient service we received from Majestic Plumbing. At 5.30 in the afternoon, with no hot water and a houseful of out of town guests, I did not think I would be able to get anyone to come out. Charlie was cheerful and helpful, I received two follow up calls, and very shortly afterwards, Jeff arrived. First of all he helped untangle the hose I was struggling with, then he found the very simple cause of the problem. In no time our hot water was restored. Thank you Majestic Plumbing, we will be happy to recommend you to our friends.

I hired Majestic Plumbing to repair my full sewer line that was impacted under the street. My plumber, Chris, was excellent. He stuck with the project which spanned the good part of a month. He kept me in the loop on everything and was truly invested in making sure my issue was fixed. I highly recommend Majestic and will use them for future plumbing needs.

I experienced a sewer back-up problem that caused water damage in three rooms. A plumber came out and cleared the sewer line, inserted a camera into the line and showed me the problem - roots in the pipes. I was given a quote to correct the situation that included breaking up a portion of a cement sidewalk to access the area, replacing the piping, hauling away the broken cement and replacing the area with 2 bags of gravel. If I agreed to the proposal, I would be given a 3-year warranty on the repair. Plus, I would have to hire someone else to re-cement the sidewalk.

The sidewalk repair and warranty concerned me, so I started checking around with other plumbers. Lonnie, the owner of Majestic, came over, reviewed the situation and indicated that it may not be necessary to break up the sidewalk. This helped tremendously with his quote. I gave him the job and he came over first thing Saturday morning, by himself, to do the work. He did an excellent job; did not have to damage the side walk, saved me hundreds of dollars and gave me a 10-year warranty on the work.

I could not be more pleased with his work ethics, professionalism and ability to solve a problem and would recommend him in a heartbeat.
