Amazing Service!
My AC stopped working unexpectedly on a Friday night in July. I called RK and he told me that he couldn’t make it immediately but could help me do some basic troubleshooting over the phone. I followed his instructions which clearly showed that he had a lot of knowledge. Within no time he was able to diagnose that the issue is the lack of power because of a faulty switch.
Not only did he help me fix it within 30 minutes, he did not charge a single dime for his remote help. Now that is what I call first class service! Thanks RK, you have a customer for life.

Craftsmanship
We replaced the AC unit and coil for our second story last week. RK Heating & Air were very professional and polite throughout the process. They even provided us with some very helpful advice in maintaining and keep our unit as durable as possible. They also explained to me how my new water safety switches work to prevent water damage. Overall a very good experience. Safe to say I no longer have to search for HVAC contractors. Thanks for the great work RK Heating & Air.

Honest! Saved me thousands
My upstairs AC stopped working so I called a large well known company for a repair. Repairman came told us the compressor was done. $3000 was the cost to repair, $5000 would be the cost for a new unit. So, I began the process of getting quotes. I found RK heating and air on Kudzu and called because of the great reviews. Rajesh (owner) came out to give me a quote. He was the only company to ask if he could see if it could be repaired. He discovered that the original technician had removed parts and taken them with him to avoid anyone checking the system. Rajesh had the parts that were removed from the unit in his truck. He replaced those parts and the compressor ran perfectly. You do not find guys like this very often. I now have his number ONLY for A/C and heating issues.

I've had three service calls from RK Heating and I've gotten great service and a great rate each time. Fast and dependable and willing to give help over the phone. Highly recommended for all HVAC needs.
