Wasted my time...
Doug and I met about a few home reno projects I needed done(a staircase, tiling, and bathroom vanity re-do). Over the next couple of weeks I had to follow up with him to get his estimate and again to discuss scheduling. He said he would call back with dates, but 2 more weeks have gone by with no word from him.
DOUG, just tell people up front if you are too busy or simply not interested in the work. Don't waste their time. I could have scheduled with someone else and completed the projects already.
Final impression - He was not interested in the work and wasted my time. Most of the other reviews here are good, which is why I called him - disappointing.
