We had my daughters 9th birthday party at Funhouse. Khandy was the on duty manager and Ryan was our party coordinator. They both did a great job. The schedule of events was clear and the room was... clean and tidy for our party. Ryan did great with the kids too. The lazer tag was very fun for the kids and adults. The only minor complaint I have is that a little too many of the games were not working right but the staff was quick to compensate us for lost coins or tickets.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
I was sceptical. Our son had raved about this place (because of a friend's birthday party). At first I was unimpressed with the young staff and the noise level. However, after much begging and pleading, I scheduled our son's birthday party at SSFH. BOY - Did they deliver!!! Our party coordinator was fantastic!! On top of every need we had. (Probably a future wedding coordinator?...) I even ended up being pleasantly surprised at the final price! We had a couple extra kids for laser tag and a few young sibings who came along that I hadn't thought about. Despite all of this, our bill was a lot less than I feared it would be. I would definitely have another party here! Maybe even have a playdate with a few friends. Thanks SSFH!!!

It's a great place to take all different ranges of kids...boys, girls, younger, older and in my case with special needs. They have a variety of fun things to do that will keep them happy and busy for hours :)

Had 9 yr. old grandson's birthday party at Funhouse, complete with laser tag, arcade games and lots of jumping equipment. They provided everything except our birthday cake. Ice cream, juice boxes, paper goods and a party supervisor and a room just for us. Kids had a great time, stayed longer than the hour and a half we planned. They even include thank you notes. A great choice for high energy kids, something for everyone to try.

My kids range from 3yrs-16yrs and they all love the Funhouse. It's very clean, the parties are well coordinated, staff is friendly and great with kids, and the laser tag arena is insane. 28 of played at one time. It's inexpensive and I definitely feel like I got my moneys worth. The kids can play and I can relax in one place.

The owner here is just out to make money off of the parents. He has zero customer service skills. The party hosts also leave something to be desired--at my son's birthday party, our host seemed incapable of adding any fun to the party, and he was stressed out the whole time. The video games cost from 50 cents to 1 dollar, in contrast to Chuck E Cheese, where the same games always cost only one token (25 cents). Parties on Saturdays are for a minimum of 20 kids, but the party rooms are barely big enough for the 20 kids to fit in, let alone the parents. You can get much better value for your money elsewhere.

We went this weekend with our 1-year old because the website said there was a special area for toddlers. The Toddler area was sad - a small area with a ball pit (but the balls were anywhere but in it) and a few foam bricks for climbing. Plus they didn't put up any signage that this was for toddlers/small children only, so we were constantly invaded by big kids who threw the balls at each other and almost ran over my 1-yr old. No workers told them to stay out and their parents just stared as their kids pushed past my crawling tot. This place is probably ok for older kids, but the lack of workers & toys make it a waste for toddlers. Don't go before age 5.
