Mike Hyatt is a joy to work with, he's extremely honest and truthful and we would totally recommend him as a contractor.

We just recently had our house’s basement remodeled with engineered hardwood floors, installed cabinets and countertops, replaced the old ceiling, repaired a tilted wall and installed new tiles and faucets in the bathroom. The basement looks really good and we receive so many compliments from our friends and family. Mike and his crews are all very professional and always showed up to work on time. The recommended list of vendors for material selections are of really high quality. We will be using Totally Dependable for our future remodeling projects.

I have used Totally Dependable for two projects, one home remodeling and one for general home repairs. The quality of their workmanship was outstanding, their availability and responsiveness was outstanding, they provided helpful advice on ways to minimize cost while still achieving an effective result, and all of their workers were very professional and courteous. I will definitely continue to work with them in the future.

We did business with Don before Totally Dependable. Many projects: take out wall in garage; two decks; two arbors; two exterior doors; one exterior window; and misc. painting. Not the cheapest, but great value. They work hard to please.

Call me at 770-235-9715! We've dealt with many contractors over the years. It has always been agonizing. Don and his company are a true class act. Not only does he run this as a business, he truly cares, is personable, really works with you within your "budget", has great ideas, truly executes as promised and goes out of his way to keep your peace as your home is remodeled!
