I am so glad that I was recommended to Arrowhead Plumbing. I had an emergency situation (water main break) on Saturday morning. Once I called Arrowhead, Mr. Derrick Bell answered and said that he would be at my home within a couple of hours. He kept his word…he was here within 2 hours…on a Saturday! Mr. Bell assessed my situation and communicated my options in detail! He made contact with individuals who immediately responded to mark the property (i.e. cable, electrical, and gas lines for safe digging). Mr. Bell informed me that he would begin working on Monday morning and…on Monday morning “before daybreak” he and his crew were preparing to “do the job!” They maintained professionalism and kindness throughout the process! Mr. Bell and his staff worked super-hard and diligent for hours and hours. He promised me that everything would be fine and he delivered! When the repairs were complete, Mr. Bell and his crew cleaned up impeccably! I asked Mr. Bell for a stack of business cards because I will share his expertise and reasonable fees to my professional associates and my friends. Thank you Arrowhead for “doing the job right” and for your awesome work! You deserve stars “off the charts!”
