A Very Well Run Company
Today was the third time I have used this company. On all three occassions I have been very impressed with their employees. They are prompt, friendly, hard working, and very professional. I enjoy the convenience of scheduling my appointment through their website.

Email discount not honored by local franchises
Recently received multiple emails offering a $29 discount. Confirmed the discount w/the scheduler. When the guys arrived at my house, I was told the local franchise didn't honor email discounts. When I complained to the company I got a generic corporate response blaming the scheduler. They should have honored their discount with a refund to me and they should also put a clear disclaimer in email offers warning the consumer that the discount may not be honored locally.

1-800-Got-Junk WORST COMPANY EVER!!
Cant explain in words just how HORRIBLE this company is. OVERPRICED and employees seem miserable! The owner of the ohio branch does NOT know how to run a business. If you want your "junk" removed, i suggest you just burn it in your backyard. This company does not deserve your money. Your better giving to the poor!! Congratulations 1-800-Got-Junk! you have officially gone down as the WORST company ever! Thanks for wasting my life and my money!

Nigel and Octavio are Fantastic!
This review is for an Atlanta-area branch. Nigel and Octavio called 30 minutes ahead and showed up a few minutes early! They took care of everything (we had a bunch of lumber and bricks and random junk outdoors) in under an hour. So incredibly nice and polite and hardworking. Thank you so much!

They pollute our neighborhoods and highways
This company puts up signs all over our highways and neighborhoods. It is an eyesore,grafiti and against local regulations. Use another company that respects our environment and our neighborhoods.

Didn't show up. Rude attitude.
Scheduled a pick-up with a franchise in So Florida but the driver didn't show up. And, when I called--- no apologies. Just excuses. I do not recommend.
