Honest -Fair - Fast and Curteous
I called Allgood at 6:00 am with a busted hot water heater (flooded basement). Their technition Richard Fleming was dispatched by their professional and curteous rep within minutes of my call. He was able to restore water in less than 30 minutes and presented me with several options to replace my leaking system - allowing me discounts to move to a tankless waterheater and helped in relighting furnaces and cleaning up my mess. Professional - curteous sand top notch!

I couldn't be more impressed
John came down to look at our 12 year old 40 gallon water heater today. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit so he advised that we replace the thermal coupler. I had actually been wanting a new tankless unit. Our current unit isn't large enough to run a full hot bath. I decided to go ahead and order the new tankless unit. I was reluctant on spending that much on a new unit but I figured it wasn't worth fixing a unit at the end of its life cycle. Low an behold I got home from work and tried to light the pilot one more time and IT WORKED! I called AllGood after 8 pm and they cancelled my order for tomorrow! Amazing! Michelle was on the phone and she was SO kind about it. She completely understood and assured me she would cancel the 3k order no problem. Wonderful service! Their prices were very reasonable too! My neighbor mentioned another plumber was going to charge them over 1200 MORE than AllGood was going to charge me! Rest Assured as soon as my water heater finally dies I will call AllGood and only AllGood. John and Michelle are both great!

Service was punctual and professional
Alan with AllGood Plumbing did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. He recognized the issue quickly and was able to resolve it immediately. I would not think twice about using their service again.

Awesome Plumber !!!!!
James did an awesome job on the plumbing in my home. He was very courteous and respectful and very friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work.

yeah, they good. my goto plumbing installer
I wanted a water-softener and called these guys. My guy came out and said, meh its uncommon to have in atlanta and tried to talk me out of it..and not INTO it. I also mentioned I may need to change out my 5 yo water tanks due to calc buildup and 120 ppm water i keep getting. He did some pressure test and said, nahtalked me OUT of buying new tanks. He was an honest guy. I insisted on the water softners, and he said ok and gave me several options. I opted for the regular salt type. Kinda pricey vs bigbox prices, but if the thing leaks at least they will come fix it. Each truck is independent i think so your plumber may vary. My guy is pretty good, from florida and knows his hard water....

This crew is AWESOME
Great crew, from first call to estimate to completed work everyone I dealt with was a professional. I called this morning with a plumbing problem; the office staff was professional and courteous. Charles came to my home for an estimate, he was direct, informative and told me exactly what we needed. Not pushy, no oversell on work we didn't need and NO bs just nice professional plumbers at a reasonable price.
This morning I had in plumbing issue, this afternoon it's AllGood.
