After having a issue with whether or not my filter was cleaned on their last visit the company sent back out Josh to dig the area up and clean the filter to my septic. He was very nice and informative. They did this at no charge and were very willing to make it right and have a happy customer. I would rate their customer service excellent in regards to Josh who came out and did the work and Ricky the owner who wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.

Great service. Five stars plus. Arrived fast, explained exactly what they were going to be doing. Very honest and efficient. Boss and the team working were great. When they were done they cleaned everything up and you could not tell the yard was dug up a few hours before. Very pleased and will highly recommend to neighbors and friends.

I called on a Saturday morning due to a septic tank back up in the house. Akins was there in an hour and a half and immediately went to work on my problem! Due to my crazy driveway they had some challenges getting the vehicle to my tank. But instead of denying me service, they worked with me until we found a solution that was convenient for them and didn't damage my yard! These guys go above and and beyond in the quality, courtesy and value of their work. Thanks Akins - you have a great team!

easy to schedule appoint; owner answered phone and took time to respond to all my questions; came out on the day I scheduled (was there a little later than planned but still came); no hassle pumping in less than 1 hour; workers were knowledgable and polite (Josh); I would have them back to do more work. Value was good & overall experience was very good! Thanks Akins, I will reccomend your services.

I can't judge the quality of service because they never got around to doing anything. I called the company on Tuesday and scheduled service for the next Monday. I talked to Ricky, who said someone would be calling me to schedule a time. Friday evening comes around (for Monday service), I heard from no one, so I called back. The person who answered said someone would be calling me right away to schedule a time. I finally heard from their tech on 9pm Sunday evening to schedule a time for Monday morning.

They arrived with two men and a hand shovel, and quickly determined they couldn't break the surface soil, so I'd have to pay an additional $300 (on top of the regular service) for them to bring in a small excavator (scam). Naively, I said OK, and rescheduled for another day off work. I got a phone call on the day of the service; their excavator broke down so I have to take a third day off work for a 1 hour tank service.

I called another company. One call and I had a scheduled time, they showed up with an excavator, no extra charge, and got the job done in 1 hour.
