Looks brand new !!

The exterior had not been painted in seven years and I wanted to change colors. Earthly Matters advertises in the Windermere Newsletter so I called for an estimate from a known company and also took estimates from several others "working out of their truck". I chose Earthly Matters - they were not the cheapest but fell in line with other estmates. Pat Winchester and his foreman Tony were excellent. From the first meeting to the final walk thru-they aimed to please. Always on time, we had a few days weather related and they worked around it. My house does not even look like the same house, I love it again. The rotted wood repairs were done professionly.I look forward to seeing them next year when they come back for a nominal fee to pressure wash, repair any caulking and do any required touch up. Awesome team and I will use them again. THANKS PAT & TONY.

No complaints

Pat and Miguel did a great job leading the team on a large painting project at my house and made sure I was satisfied with the results, even coming back to do minor corrections and touchups on anything that needed it. I would not hesitate to use them again for my next painting project.

High quality and very professional

Without hesitation, I HIGHLY recommend Earthly Matters! Pat and Gilberto did a wonderful job! The crew painted our interior when we moved to our new house. We later had them back to paint the exterior and refinish the deck. We couldn't be happier and will use them next time we need painting. I can't imagine another company being more professional or doing a better job!

Overall Awesome

I found Earthly Matters through Kudzu. They responded quickly to my inquiry. They came out to my home and gave me a rough estimate on the spot and then within 24 hours I received a written estimate via email. Great customer service. We were most impressed with their professionalism. Plan on using them again.

UPDATE: Bill is unprofessional...

Unfortunately, my previous post is completely true. After multiple calls and requests, Earthly Matters did not honor their satisfaction guaranteed promise and the owner did not treat my family with any respect. I recommended this company to numerous friends and brought them a lot of business. I won't do that again. I have to use another company to repair the damage because Earthly Matters won't accept responsibility or offer an honest resolution.

Update on 'No Show for Estimate'

Original post 11/15/12: It took 2 calls over 3 days to get the estimator to schedule an estimate, then he didn't show or contact me further. Would not recommend this company, in spite of their friendly receptionist.

Update 11/26/12: Scott the owner contacted us, apologized for the mistake and came himself to provide an estimate. He was professional and polite, and his estimate was thorough and competitive.
