We the Brentwood Park home owners association (HOA) contracted NSS Inc. to install a security camera system for our clubhouse. TJ and the guys were the most professional contractors we have ever dealt with! The level of product knowledge they displayed was unmatched! Extremely competitive pricing on the camera system and a superior installation process makes NSS the "BEST KEPT SECRET" in the metro Atlanta area.
Although we are located in the South East side of metro Atlanta they were "on time" every time ready to work! The "free" after installation training and service they provided to us puts them a cut above the rest!

My Initial review was a note on me trying to get a home camera repair and a possible DVR replacement; I initially thought that I was being put off with no follow-up. However, I did receive a follow-up with this company to ensure that they provide great customer service. I must say Northstar did follow-up and are committed to having satisfied customers

We checked out several security companies before accepting Northstar's quote - including the one that offers free installation. The Northstar representative came to our house and discussed the system to be installed in detail with us. Their system offered much more protection than the "free" system, and their monthly monitoring fee is lower. It would have cost considerably more to make the free system comparable.

On the day of installation, the tech was on time and did an excellent job. He showed me how to used the keypad and made sure everything was working before he left. We are glad to be Northstar clients.

I hired NSS to install video and an access control system at our HOA (OSS) to control access to pool, tennis and clubhouse. After a very thorough vetting process, we selected NSS. They provided a turn key installation, configuration, training and ongoing service. Great, honest people working here. Very trustworthy and a great value. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve security residentially or professionally.

Gary and the team from Northstar installed our new alarm system 2 weeks ago and it was a fabulous experience. After Gary came by to survey the house and estimate what the installation would entail I knew that this was the company I would choose to wire my house. As a self proclaimed tech geek, I like to do my research before I begin a project like this and Garys knowledge, friendliness, and professionalism met and exceed my expectations. Gary really know his stuff about alarms and security.

Unlike those companies that start with A and B, the professional equipment that NS installs in nonproprietary which means the monthly monitoring is NOT locked into $50 per month for a min of 3 years like all those flyers that constantly infiltrate the mailbox. The optional monitoring that they do offer (for less than $20 a month) is wonderful, we set off the alarm on purpose twice and was called within 1 min and 15 sec the first time and 45 sec the second time.

I cant wait to have Gary and team install security cameras around my house later this year. They are a true gem to work with.
