I had to hire someone while I was out of town for a roof repair (and inside leak through the ceiling). I had gotten a quote from a competitor that was WAY out of the ballpark. Without knowing this, Tom quoted me a price that was more than fair, HUNDREDS of dollars less than the competitor. He stayed in touch with me until the job was done; not only were they fast, the quality of their workmanship was amazing, and I will be calling them for all of my roofing and other contracting needs from now on. Best experience I have EVER had (start to finish) with hiring a contractor.

I could not be more pleased! Lee (the owner) is great, and was personally available throughout the entire process. We had LB build a new garage (add-on to the existing garage) and re-do our back deck, and the entire project was done expeditiously and matches the existing house perfectly.

The construction crew was friendly, open to mid-project changes (without jacking up the cost), and hard-working. On several occasions they stayed after dark, working with flashlights, to ensure that they were done on time. Our entire large project was done in a matter of days.

I have already recommended Lee's company to relatives, friends, and neighbors. I found them here on kudzu and chose them based on their positive reviews. Lee makes a diligent effort to maintain his credibility and you will not be disappointed.

Earlier this year we had the unfortunate luck of having a tree fall on our house. I heard of LB Roofing through a friend and had them come out. Lee met me on a saturday and through his knowledge of the insurance business we decided it was best to have an adjuster look at my entire roof. Long story short it was approved and i now have a lifetime warranted roof. I was very impressed with their punctuality as well as their craftmenship. I also had them replace some siding and a fence in my back yard. At the time i was looking for new employment and couldnt think of a better place to start a new career. I am now a project teamleader at LB and i am enjoying providing the same customer service that was given to me.

I contacted 4 companies via Email for an estimate on a repair. Lee was the only one that contacted me immediately and scheduled an appt that worked for MY schedule. I'm still waiting on the others 3 companies to get back to me. Lee followed up every step of the way to ensure everything was done to my satisfaction - which was above and beyond. I would highly recommend LB Roofing and Construction. Wish I could rate Service higher than Great - it was outstanding!
