I called Bobby regarding a washing machine that would not drain. Apparently, his company no longer services my area due to the distance from their shop. However, Bobby asked me specifically what was wrong with the machine and then diagnosed it and talked me through draining and cleaning the filter. Bobby was right. It was a clogged filter and now the washing machine drains like new. That's honesty and integrity. Way to go Bobby. Bravo!

I had an issue with my dryer not heating evenly so I called this company. While they were prompt and courteous, I was told I'd have to get a dryer vent cleaning (which they do not do). After getting a professional in for that, I was told the issue was actually that my dryer was too close to the wall and the heat couldn't get through (dryer vent was unclogged and it turns out wouldn't be able to get clogged b/c of the design). I paid good money for a very poor diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend.

My Fridge/Freezer stopped working on us, and so I called Always Affordable, the kind lady was able to fit me in their busy schedule, and technician Jason was great and very professional. He recommend somethings I needed to do, and advised me of what to expect out of the repair. I am very satisfied with the repair and the advise given. Will definitely recommend Always Affordable to any one looking for an appliance repair. Also the price for the repair was not jaw dropping, and really affordable vs. buying a new fridge.

Always Affordable is the best repair company in town. This company is great. They came in to fix my washing machine.Parts in the truck.Great customer service. If any of my friends need a appliance repaired. I will be telling them to give them a call.

I contacted Always Affordable when my convection oven started having fault codes appear. After talking the problem through with Bobby we agreed that the panel on the oven was what needed replacing. Another electrician told me both the panel and board needed replacing, nearly doubling the overall cost of the job.

Bobby was prompt, friendly, and knowledgablea pleasure to do business with....
