It was nice to work with a contactor who returns calls in such a timely manner. Russell and his crew are very professional and do exactly as contracted. He kept me updated every step of the way, A very pleasant experience.

Russell came out, gave an estimate for blown-in insulation that was close to another estimate we received. He also recommended that we put gaskets on all our exterior outlets and a blanket over the attic access. He seemed concerned about doing things right so that we would get the kind of results we wanted, so we chose to go with his company. He was on time and the work was completed in the time frame expected. He took our attic insulation from R19 to R49 and we qualified for a $150 rebate through Coweta-Fayette EMC. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

As I said, I waited a year to review the foam insulation that was applied in my attic by Green South Insulation. Since then, I can say that every monthly power bill I have had was lower than the year before. Some months by almost 38%. At this rate I calculate that my total payback will be completed in another 14 months. Wow. Thats 2 years ahead of where I thought it would be. This past summer was so comfortable in our house. We have never been able to enjoy our Bonus Room like we did. The crew was great and I cant thank them enough for taking extra care around my new plants. They also were nice and very clean.

Russel and his crew just finished putting in fiberglass insulation and radiant barrier in my attic and I think I can feel the difference already! It's 39 degrees outside but it feels warm inside. Russel took his time and did a great job. We had several estimates and even though they were the least expensive they seemed to offer the most. They even went around and put foam gaskets in all electrical outlets that were on an outside wall. They have a "no settle" guarantee and install attic rulers so it's easy to keep an eye on it. They also have a Lifetime Satisfaction and 24 month pay back Guarantee. I realize the guarantee is only good if they stay in business but with the service the give I feel they will be around for a long time. With R50 in my attic I fully expect to see lower electric bills. I would recommend to anyone.

We received three quotes to do the job. Greensouth was neither the highest or lowest. Chuck told us our job would take all day with a full crew. One other contractor said they would be in and out under four hours. It took Russell and his crew longer about 12 hours to do the job right! Can't wait to get about a 20% reduction in our heating bills this winter...
