Bad service, no concrete shipping dates
My flooring order started with "yup we have it in stock and can ship out ASAP", which became "we ship within 5-7 business days", became "we ship in 7-10 business days", and then on my final call, "it's backordered and won't be available for 3 weeks".
The whole time, they made me feel like the crazy one, like this is the timeline they had given me from the start, when they were clearly trying to string me.
Stay away from these guys, unless you want your flooring to arrive 10 years from now!
