Off to a good start
My husband contacted them via the website late last night and awoke to a prompt email response. Will followup by phone to set appointment for an inspection and estimate on repairing our settling porch floor and our basement leak. Watch this space. (Ignore the star ratings I clicked as they will be edited after the appointment and possible repair work.)

Luis, the superintendent came out
Luis, the superintendent came out and checked with me to see if I needed anything. They were very punctual, they got the work done very quickly and kept the site clean. Someone came afterwards and cleaned up after the dumpster was removed. It was just as promised, and a very good job.

Great job by ESOG on foundation
ESOG just finished a repair on our foundation and did a phenomenal job. Best company to work with on repairs. Allan was absolutely great at explaining the work that was going to be done, and the team he used was fantastic. They showed up on time, did the work with an attention to detail, and left my property looking just as good as it did when they arrived, which is amazing given the fact they brought in Bobcat for digging. They even took the trouble to save our mulch and put it back down after they were done.

Warranty resolution is remarkable.
Warranty resolution is remarkable. Never before as a consumer have I had a service provider that responded as quickly to resolve a problem. Todd Hall arrived the same day I e-mailed the complaint to evaluate the situation and a new crew was here 1.5 days later to address the problem. Awesome response!

I could not be happier
I could not be happier with the service provided by Engineered Solutions. They were flexible in working with me around my schedule and were very professional in every interaction I had with them throughout the job. I made several calls to the office for various reasons and was always treated with respect. When they said they would call me back, they did. When I had a question or needed an explanation, they were patient and gave me the assurances I neeed. I was impressed with their customer service and have never doubted that they are a quality company.

I was having a front
I was having a front porch slab replaced. Engineered Solutions had a wonderful plan for replacing it. However, the concrete was poured incorrectly. They came out and looked at it and agreed it was done improperly. We reached a solution that was fair. It turned out even better than I hoped for. They really went above and beyond to make the situation right and to make sure I was pleased with the outcome.
