JR Bolton Services, Inc.

I've used JR Bolton for several years now after they were recommended to me by an energy efficiency improvement company. They send the same technician for each visit, who has made the point to remember my name, my pets' names, etc. Today I learned that one of my units must be replaced and my technician arranged for someone to come out tomorrow-a Saturday-to give me an estimate and talk about options. I can't speak highly enough of the service I've received! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend!

For us, JR Bolton Services has proven to be a provider of excellent service having tended to our whole house system over the years as well as responding to emergencies and installing a water heater without a hitch in a location thought to be problematic. Courtesy and dependability can be counted on from your first call to resolution. They do it right.

Had a CO leak and needed to replace glass due to breakdown of sealing gasket. Had a delay in Bolton receiving the replacement from manufacturer. However, once it was received, Bolton contacted me and did the work at my convenience. Polite, efficient and cleaned up afterward.

Both the people in the office, with whom I dealt on the phone and the service technician who came to me home were very polite and professional, and explained all processes to me to my satisfaction. Through no fault of J. R. Bolton there was a delay in getting the necessary parts to make a repair but I was kept informed of the progress throughout the wait. This is not the first time I have used this company and it almost certainly will not be the last

We converted our fireplace to direct vent and we are quite pleased with the installation. Scott and Charlie were informative on the operations of the green smart remote and also quite tidy in their cleanup once work completed. I will recommend JR Bolton to my friends.
