To big for their britches ?
Was an Allgood customer for many years but lately we have the 2nd new person coming to our house to perform the service in 6 months. We have had countless billing problems as well. When we call for their free service if things are not working out, it takes forever for them to come back out.
I talked with Keith in their office, he talked and talked, but nothing changed. My husband actually called Keith's manager, Chuck Swindol, and never could get him to call us back.
I hate to say this because we did really love their service, but we had to start using someone else, and it is not Allgood.
