Atlantic Relocation Systems

We move our household items from Atlanta to Vancouver,Canada. I went through big Van Line companies and asked for on-site quotes. After serveral reps' visits, I almost wanted to cancel the last appointment with Atlantic Relocation. I thought the first offer was the best. Lucky enough, I didn't. Andy Orlin showed his professional, impressive customer communication skills and estimated the lowest quote price. I liked his efficient way that he quoted from system via iPad immidiately and showed us details. It was a good start. After we signed the contract, I started worring. I found detail items were not matched exactly to what we showed. Andy responsed with patient and adjusted items and price accordingly.(Problem solved). More worries when I handed over all the goods to the team. I checked with his assistant to follow-up status. She anwsered the phone politely,although not always had anwsers for me. You have to pray that everything will go well and your items will be arrived safe and in one piece. The shipment was supposed to be arrived on Dec 10th, but I was told it would be on Dec 14th instead. Anyway, it was a happy ending. The Atlas Van Line team showed up on Dec 14th. They did professional unload that they put carpet on the floor and delivered items to assigned locations. Everything was nice and smooth that day.
Overall, we are satisfied with their service and would recommend for international movement.

I called to request a quote for a local move. We were on a tight deadline with a cash buyer wanting to close as quickly as possible. I first asked if Atlantic would be able to move us as early as next week, and they said they absolutely would. When Scott showed up, I had another moving company just finishing up giving me a quote. (He was early and they had taken longer than I expected.) After about a 7 minute wait, Scott was very short with me and told me that he could just give me an email quote without even looking at the house. Then, he changed his mind and said that they were totally booked for the day I had requested. Was he threatened that I would have another company offer me a quote? I'm not sure, but the first gentleman that came out was very polite and thorough. Too bad Atlantic couldn't have taken that kind of time.

I contacted Mr Andrew Orlin. He was professional,available in person, helpful and friendly, answered calls texts and e-mails promptly from start to end, when I started freaking out confused from getting more than one quote he stayed present. The crew of 9 under Paul was on time, worked together, fast and super efficient,friendly and smart. Friends, I KNOW relocation is a stressful affair, and I know experiences vary, based on mine so far, I am taking the time to recommend these people/this company highly.(If I knew kudzu had a photo option I would have SHOWED you!!) Our family has moved 8 times in the last 20 years and used Atlantic the last 4 times. Our middle two moves were to the UK and back and with great success. Their partner in the UK, Fox Moving & Storage did a great job as well. Our last move with Glenn was as good as it gets. Their attention to detail, professionalism and follow up after the move is what keeps us coming back. Leanne has been a pleasure to work with and we know she had our best interest at all times.

I read the reviews from watersedge1961 and kelmil79 when I went to write my review and cannot understand where they are coming from. I have referred a friends and business associates to Atlantic and while everything has not always been perfect, they always stay with it and provide follow up. The few small damages we have had have not been worthing filing a claim for but our friends had a small claim and said it was settled quickly and with no problems.

We will continue to recommend Atlantic to anyone wanting a quality move.

The team showed up on time.
They worked hard and continuous until the job was done.
I never had a worry or concern for any of my possesions or property.
I highly recommend this organization for all relocation services.
