Exovations replaced a deck and my gutters at my home.

I've had a lot of trouble getting contractors to show up at my house. And when they did show, they'd never submit a bid. This is not uncommon with women homeowners, from what I've been told.

So it was wonderful having a company that is so obsessed with being organized. You get an appointment and appointment reminders. They make a commitment when they'll be back with their estimate and keep it. When you sign on, you get a written schedule and a place to follow your project online.

The various teams that came out were all friendly and professional. They were very careful to respect requests like which side of the yard to use, etc. Plus, the mess gets cleaned up at the end of each day. When there was damage to a windowsill, they worked with me to address it, even though it was rotted and not really their fault.

And the work itself goes above and beyond what's required by code. My deck feels solid and well built. The gutters were improved from the last installation to address some mistakes made previously.

This is a great company. Feel comfortable working with them.

Excellent work by this group from start to finish. The sales process with Wayne was great. He treated the meeting as a consultation, not a sales call. Wayne did a great job of listening to our goal for the project and made sure his company came back with exactly what we were looking for on our project.

The benefit of a dedicated project manager is huge. Tony did a great job of making sure the project stayed on schedule and also ensured that the concerns we expressed before the project started were considered and protected.

The job we were after was not easy. The porch had existing brick arches that we wanted screened in order to match the original design of the house. The crew was able to match the arches perfectly with both the frame and the screens. In addition, the painters were top notch leaving behind an incredible paint job and nothing else.

If you are looking for custom work, don't settle for any contractor. Call Exovations and have the job done how you want, for a good price and great quality.

We contracted for a new roof, siding and general facelift. As you can see from the photo’s the transformation of our property was extensive! The job went seamlessly. All the crews were professional, talented, and careful. Cleanest construction site I've seen.One of the neighbors voted our house “the most improved” in the neighborhood!
We have been so pleased with EVERYONE involved in this effort.

Jim and Joy make a great team. They were professional and experienced. We had all our windows and doors replaced and had hardy plank installed. From start to finish, they did a great job. We are very pleased with the results and would recommend Jim & Joy again. Thank you
