All Clear Attics LLC

I purchased a lifetime guarantee for the exclusion of rodents from All Clear Attics. My house is very old and required diligence to seal all the possible entry points for the rodents. Will has been my service technician and he has truly been professional. To date they have honored their "full exclusion lifetime guarantee".

The guys at All Clear Attics were very friendly, informative, and perhaps (sadly) most important of all, affordable. They got rid of our rodent friends (2 months ago) and informed us of a mold problem downstairs. We saved for that 2mo. and they fixed the water problem and got rid of the mold at almost half of another quote for the same services. Honestly expecting subpar service, we got better results than I would've expected paying more. Great Choice!

Much like the other reviewer, Tony and crew were great to start with. Prompt, and quick to respond in the beginning, but eventually just stopped calling me back.

I was pleased with the quality of work, but the lack of follow up forced me to look elsewhere.

I was even willing to pay more for other work.

Tony and his team helped us eliminate a squirrel that had been running wild in our attic and basement. They were professional, dependable and always got back to me quickly when the squirrel was on the run. Even though it took several visits to get rid of the pesky critter they were diligent about their job and I am happy to report the critter has bit the dust. What impressed me most was that Tony answered his phone on a Saturday morning when another firm had told me they couldn't come out until mid week because Monday was a holiday (MLK Day) . . seriously. These guys are great, you won't be disappointed

Being new to Kudzu, I don't know if I'm allowed to comment on other posts, so I won't however, we recently had a 3 year rodent issue that was not solved after almost $4,300 and 2 other companies. I gave these guys a shot, prior to my final alternatives (shoot the squirrels or sell the house), and we have had 150% positive results. I would recommend All Clear Attics to my mother.
