bought a system after 14 months system failed due to manufacturer defect labor warranty up after 12 months now stuck with a crappy system that will cost more to repair than to replace. Got 2nd opinion system was undersized for area, return was to small, they didnt do there 6 month preventive inspection overall very dis-satisfied with the company. tech that came even said what ever company installed this, was done improperly
Please contact our office. I cannot do anything about the expired labor warranty but the part would be under a 10 year warranty. Concerning something not being installed properly; Metro Mechanical stands behind its work! We love to come out and inspect this claim and if we undersized something then we would make it right. My technicians name was Raymond Harding. He was very professional and friendly and very informative. I had a thermostat replaced and fuse. I was happy with the price and service. Will use this company again.

Last Saturday my heater conked out on me. It had a horrible smell coming from it and it was as loud as a freight train.I called several heating and air companies and they were either closed,busy or couldn't schedule me until Monday. I called Metro Mechanical,Inc. And they were able to fit me into their schedule.My technician, Raymond Harding came to my house, saw what the proble!m was and immediately fixed it. Thank you Raymond....you did an awesome job!! If Raymond from Metro Mechanical had not come and fixed my heater my family would have still been misplaced until today. Thank you Metro Mechanical. we purchased a hvac unit from Metro Mechanical about 8 months ago. There was a storm in the area a few nights ago which knocked out the power. the hvac unit never came back on. we called MM and the service tech, Raymond Harding was super awesome and very knowledgeable. He gave the system a throw inspection and found that the problem was not the unit but instead our thermostat. after installing the new thermostat the heat was up and running.

Raymond Harding came to out house to do a sem annual checkup on our heat pump. I mentioned to him about the indoor humidity being only 29% and said that he could install a humidifier in our existing system. We agreed to do this and I want to give Raymond Harding a five star rating for his work.

Metro mechanical came out to my home to provide quotes on replacing my heating and air system. Not only was my experience with their office staff amazing and quick but they were able to get someone out that day and a new system in my home the next day!!! I can say we are warm and cozy thanks to how quickly Metro Mechanical responded to me. They also sent a technician out after the install to check everything for me at no cost. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!!!

This Is Why I Feel You All Are A Bunch OF RIP OFFs Due to the fact I Have a Bill For $1800.00, Which my air conditioner is doing the exact same thing it was doing before I call your sorry company out to my home. YOU ALL DO NOT LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER!!! There was nothing wrong with my compressor. When I first contact you all I stated that my air conditioner was not staying cool and the rep says the mechanic was going to come out and do a diagnostic test. NO test was done. Admit that!!! You just don't want to admit that your mechanic misdiagnosed my unit to keep from giving my money back. I request that you all come and get your compressor and refund me my money. I am letting everyone know that you all are rip offs, and Home Depot is too for referring you all.

We were able to locate your information by your name. After researching this concern, it looks like there are some discrepancies. We did come to your home on June 19, 2014 to diagnose a system that was not working. Our technician found that the system had a compressor that had gone bad. We replaced the compressor on June 23, 2014. On June 30, 2014 you called our office to let us know that your system wasnít cooling properly. Upon arrival, our technician found that your system was low two pounds of Freon. At no charge, we performed a leak search and found that your evaporator coil had a leak. This was not detected when the compressor was found bad the first visit, the compressor is a lot like a car engine, if itís not working you cannot detect any other issues. We had to get the compressor running first. We did not charge anything for this return visit. Our office followed up with you the same day with a price for a new coil and a price to replace the system along with a $1000.00 discount. We provided the discount to you because we did understand you just replaced the compressor and wanted to provide assistance. This discount is still available for you. Please call our office from 8am Ė 6pm to discuss how we can move forward.
