Top-Notch Animal Control

Top-Notch Animal Control repeatedly failed to perform the services for which they were paid $983.00. Attempts to hold Top Notch to their contractual obligations have failed. Top Notch is now unresponsive and unwilling to resolve our complaints, which stem from the following failures in service:
• Consistently failed to keep scheduled appointments
• Failed to trap and remove animals within 2-3 weeks. In the six weeks that they were on the job, the problem got exponentially worse.
• Failed to rebait traps and move traps to effective locations.
• Failed to perform a “full exclusion,” choosing instead to piece-meal their work
• Failed to “seal all holes and possible entry points”
• Failed to train employees: placed traps in wrong locations, could not identify rodent entry points.
Top Notch claimed they would issue a partial refund for their failure in service. I gave them 30 days to make good. After a month of hearing, “The check is in the mail,” it is apparent that they have no intentions of keeping their word.

I want to thank Shane again for a job well done. This raccoon in the attic was a nightmare. I got the free estimate for the job and he was able to get to it soon. I'm able to sleep in peace now that it cannot get back in the attic. Thanks to you and your crew, I'm a pleased customer.

Top Notch was my second estimate. Shane came out right away and was totally honest with me. He didn't give me an inflated price, or invent problems I didn't have. True to his word, he did what he said he would do plus some. I had a crack in my driveway and they "took the liberty" and pour cement to fix it. His staff is polite and caring.
I prayed blessings on them to have much more customers. I highly recommend them, you'll be as pleased as I was.

Top Notch Animal Control took care of our Honeybee infestation on 5/4/2012. Their intial visit to our house for the evaluation immediately gave us a sense that we wanted them to do the job. They were great! They did everything they promised and them some. My sister used them last fall to remove a racoon family out of her attic and had a wonderful experience so I knew we had made the right choice. Thanks Shane!
