QCare- Carpet, Windows & Maid Cleaning

The majority of good reviews are for CARPET cleaning!!! I decided to try QCare’s maid service after having wonderful experiences with their carpet cleaning business. The initial deep cleaning was good. All subsequent cleanings were not. I had to call numerous times after cleanings because my house was not fully cleaned. The dusting was never done properly. I would go around the house after they left and find dust on every piece of furniture. I always had to remake the bed because they put the sheets on sideways. My bathrooms would always have mildew in the toilets and shower a few days later. During one phone call with the owner, she argued with me about the 'cleanliness' of my house without even sending a supervisor to check it. I asked numerous times to have a supervisor come check the quality of the work. No one came. They did reclean a few times. They offered to clean my oven or refrigerator but that never happened. After the last cleaning, the maids asked me to do a walk thru with them. They had to redust the entire house, the waste baskets in all the bathrooms had not been emptied, the room with the master toilet had not been cleaned at all (including the toilet), the master closet had not been vacuumed, there was dog hair under tables that had not been vacuumed or mopped, and I’m sure there are other things that I just haven’t found yet. I cannot trust them to clean sufficiently without having to go behind them and check to ensure they did everything

Recently, my elderly parents badly needed several of their area rugs and upholstered chairs cleaned from spills and stains. The Q Care men, David and Ryan, were very professional, communicated with great care and understanding, and thoroughly cleaned everything to perfection. My parents were happy and satisfied with the price and the job performance!

Sarah and Amy came to clean my home after we had our floors refinished. We had dust EVERYWHERE! They cleaned my house from top to bottom and did a wonderful job. They were sweet and easy to talk to as well. I would for sure use QCare again and would ask for Sarah and Amy every time! Thanks Ladies!

I had Q Care come to clean my home & they did an exceptional job! Barb & Sarah took attention to every little detail & made sure everything was clean & shiny. It sure did smell wonderful in here & it was such a gift to have a clean home again! Those two ladies are highly recommended!

Am an advocate of using local business owners in the City of Roswell since we are small business owners.I chose QCare because they are located in Roswell and have a good reputation in the real estate industry. I recommend QCare for their thoroughness, reliability, attention to detail and friendliness!
