I got a quote from one of the big companies just to clear my sewer drain during the day at $450.00. That was over my budget, so I tried to snake the clog out myself to no avail. So, I called a few more plumbers. No one would even give me a ballpark estimate until I talked to Wayne at Atlantis. He was already looking at the layout of my property online as we talked, and he quoted me over the phone! He stuck to his quote of $300.00 to not only clear the drain, but to use a camera to determine if there was an underlying issue. And it was an after-hours job for them. Terry and Jonathan were the guys who came out. They were very professional and personable. They let me watch the whole process, and explained everything they were doing. They also answered all my questions! And they even happily went above and beyond by reconnecting two of my toilets which I had displaced while trying to fix the issue myself. I would recommend these guys and Atlantis in general to anyone. These guys should be the model for all other plumbing companies. They treat their customers with respect, and they are happy to share their knowledge. I also felt they were very resourceful both in quoting me and in performing the service. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.

My approx. 100 year old home, in Decatur, always needs special attention. Luckily I think I finally found the perfect plumber, Jon Camp. He replaced the main water line to my house and finished ahead of schedule. He even took the time to carefully cut into my grass and peel it back to save my lawn. I really appreciated the extra time and attention to detail. My take on Mr Camp: A plumber that will take emergency calls, manage my expectations, finish on-time and do quality work at a reasonable price.
I'm sold!

Thorsten was very knowledgeable, diagnosed our issue quickly, and was punctual in his arrival. Would definitely use this company again.

A polite, punctual plumber, Thorsten, quickly assessed a cracked sewer pipe as the cause for water in our basement. He took the time to explain the cause, answer all my questions, and provide a written quote. Since the pricing was competitive, I had him install a faucet inside prior to beginning the sewer pipe replacement. He completed both jobs with excellent results, and cleaned both areas. I'll definitely use Atlantis Plumbing again, based on Thorsten's superb service.
