Cory was very prompt and came out quickly to give us a quote. They were able to do all the flooring in one day. All the installers were great to work with. They were all professional and courteous. Any little issues that were brought to their attention they were quick to address.

Not professionals. Bad job was done both by estimators and by actual workers. It took 10 (!) calendar days to do the job (700-800sf). All imaginable and unimaginable mistakes we made: re-doing a few times due to horrible quality, running out of materials, always appearing 2-3 hrs later than promised, huge amount of dust (so much for the 99.9% dust-free!) It was 10 days of the nightmare! And, the work that was quoted at $1700 (re-surfacing), has ended up with $6500 bill (floor replacement because it was impossible to fix bad work made)...

An old damaged floor and a newer floor, Cory (owner) promised to fully restore damage and match color between two different installations, but were unable to deliver (and didn't seem remorseful). After learning 220 volts was not available, seemed to drop job without saying so, continuing only after I suggesting renting 110 volt equipment. They (Cory and Pedro (worker)) seemed annoyed while I sampled stain colors, pointed out widespread small debris in the polyurethane coat, and a sub-par shoe molding section.

Mr. Hardwood exudes professionalism. Their knowledge and workmanship was superior. I would certainly recommend them to others without reservation.
