Don't know where to start They have a "$99 drain special" but told me the total was $410 to clean! Go to Mr. Plumber, they have the real deal and care about their customers. These people are a complete rip off, and the customer service is horrible....

With regard to the $195.00 septic tank pump special, Aames Management wrote in response to another review: "I am sorry we could not do the work you called us out for, and do it for the price you paid 10 years ago." Then why advertise that price on radio and TV? Our tank is pumped every 18 months, doesn't need finding or digging up. All the technician had to do was open the lid and pump. After two cancelled appointments and a 5 day wait, the technician arrived quoting more than $500. Lured by their advertised hoax, we called these people instead of our regular, very professional and fair septic company. Won't make that mistake again!

When the guy arrived I told him where to dig for the septic tank. He then proceeded to dig a 6ft by 6ft hole in my yard. Just to find the lid where I originally told him it was. He insisted it had never been pumped before when I had dates from the previous 3 times it had been pumped. Then he proceeded to tell me it would cost double the price because of "extra sludge". After he was done he tried to sell me an oxidizer and a line flush. I did not even wait to hear the charge for itI told him to cover it up and go. Watch your wallet with this company....

Three other septic companies had come out to look at our problem and quickly said we needed a whole new system. We were skeptical and finally decided to try the pink plumbers based on the radio ads. The field technician looked at the drawing of our drain field and immediately diagnosed a faulty stepdown. It was still fairly costly but considerably less than what others quoted for replacement.

I had my tenants call a plumber to fix a very simple shut off valve replacement on my toilet in my townhouse. I figured it was best to have a professional do the work rather than my tenants to avoid future issues. Well, that was until they quoted $375 to fix something even their own guy said was a $5 dollar part and would take 10 minutes to replace. I'll give the 1 star for the guy telling the truth, but that isn't business, it's a rip off. So needless to say they made $45 off a $10 fix they didn't even have to do. Great business model if you asked me. DON'T EVEN CALL OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY. Now i have to drive down and fix it myself, but hopefully this will help someone else save their hard earned money.
