High Priority Plumbing And Services Inc

I have had High Priority come to my home several times, the last being a new hot water heater. They are thorough, on time, courteous, and dop a GREAT job. The people I have worked with (Denise, Brittany, Gabriel, Ronald and several others) are very polite and GET THE JOB DONE.

This company's main priority is to separate you from your hard-earned money and leave you with nothing more than is left behind by non-working plumbing. If it were possible to give them no stars, I would. I would give them a symbol of what they left me.

Our plumber came even earlier than they said he would, estimated a very tough set of jobs at a reasonable price (half that of another estimate!). He finished the work (installing a new pressure regulating valve and new pipes, several valves, and fixed two leaky faucets) in his estimated 4 hours, even with a major problem in the middle with a dangerous ground fault to our pipes that nearly electrocuted him. He was unflustered and, after we shut off the power, he efficiently finished everything.

The company called me and gave methe standard four hour time of when they will arrive. However the PlummerJohn Fleming called me before he was due and came earlier. When arrived he was the most professional and knowledgeable Plummer I had ever met. He explain everything and got the problem fixed right away. If you need a great Plummer this is the place to call !!

Today Chris W. came to the house for an estimate on what turned out to be a water pressure valve issue. He was fantastic! He explained everything, more than once for my benefit, super friendly, very neat and clean and fast. Gave me his cell in case I had any questions or my husband did and wanted to call him later. He was so great, and that isn't always easy to say about plumbers, I would highly recommend you request him.
