I consulted Granite Transformations for new kitchen countertops 3 weeks ago. Seems like a really nice product, and their pricing was in line with quartz countertops. Even so, I took my husband to the showroom to get a closer look. Though we told the person working the showroom that day that we would follow up with the designer, I haven't heard from anyone regarding my decision. (My neighbor said they used a high pressure sales approach on their consultation!) How nice for them they can ignore potential new business. The glory in this is that I didn't commit to this company (i.e., you're not what you say, you're what you DO).

I had a great experience with Granite Transformations. They put in new countertops and backsplash. The installers were very knowledgeable, cleaned up after they were done, and got the job done very quickly. Highly recommend.

On 1/10/15 Christy Roe came for a visit. Yes, I said a visit like any long time friend would come to see you in your new home. She arrived a stranger and left a new BFF. In the beginning, she did not lug in her cases of samples and colors. First, she listened very carefully about how we came to our new home and how long we planned to stay. Christy was genuinely interested in us as people and wanted the best for our long term investment. She very expertly responded to our questions about Granite Transformations and easily explained the great quality of the product. When all our questions were answered, she brought in the samples. A few delightful hours later after going through all the choices and changing our minds when we saw a better suited color, Christy left with our order and our friendship. Three weeks from now I'm sure I'll be writing about loving our beautiful counter tops. Christy is not only a superior sales person, she is a genuine people person. It is no wonder that Granite Transformations is a successful company with such a professional, knowledgeable staff. PS: How could any couple make such a decision without the consultation of their partner.

Working with Granite Transformations was very easy from initial contact to installation. They resurfaced my cabinets and installed new granite. They have an excellent selection, was done faster than expected and looked beautiful when it was finished. Will definitely work with them in the future! No pressure and hassle free :)

I'm a second time customer- GT did my kitchen about three years ago and they did an awesome job! I contacted Justin (a designer) again to completely redo our master bath this fall and I absolutely LOVE the design! Once again, everyone was very professional. The complete master bath remodel took a few weeks (as opposed to 2 days with the kitchen counters and backsplash) because I changed so much. I had to reconfigure the bathroom design which added to the time of the remodel I had new tile put on the floors, new cabinets, new Trend glass countertops, and a completely new shower with the same Trend glass material and a custom glass mosaic that Justin helped me design. The designer worked with me to pick out the new fixtures which was a huge help and even though there was a few issues (plumbin and the shower glass) the end product is absolutely amazing! Megan was also very helpfull resolving the issues that came up. Thanks everyone for making this such a postive experience- I would recommend you to anyone!

They do a good job ... just make sure you are very clear on what you want and what you are getting. I think the estimators/designers are busy and might gloss over a detail that is important to you.

We had our master bathroom counter tops and master shower transformed. Absolutely amazing how in the matter of days, our master bathroom has been totally updated. The below pictures are amazing but do not give the actual project any justice. The install crew was nice, timely and professional.

I tried to get GT to come out and give an estimate. I was asked if I was married and answered yes, and was then told that both me and my wife would have to be there for the estimate. I find that very odd, I just want someone to come tell me what my options are and the price range I'm looking at. Me and my wife both work, but I'm able to work from home certain days during the week and wanted to get this taken care of then as our weekends are typically very full. I was told flatly that this was the company policy with no other explanation beyond that. Perhaps they want both people there so they can hard sell them, similar to a time share. I can't think of any other valid reason when the customer has requested otherwise. Very disappointed with this experience.

Thanks for your post and addressing the question of having both homeowners at the design consultation. When it comes to kitchen and bath design we ask both homeowners to be there to weigh in on the decisions. We do not just measure and give an estimate. We send out a designer to show you all your options. They bring samples of all of our colors so you can see what looks best in your kitchen or bathroom. The design you pick and selections you make is what allows us to price the job. We have a wide selection so it can be pretty overwhelming. We have been doing this a long time and we found that when we meet with one spouse they always wished the other one was there. Plus we bring out our photo gallery for you to see different jobs we have completed. Both homeowners always want to see that. We do not charge for our design consultations and unfortunately we cannot make two trips at no charge. So we ask both homeowners to be available at the first appointment. It is for the benefit of our customers. Finally we make our designers available during the week as late as 630pm and on Saturdays to accommodate our customer's work schedule.

We had GT come out and do a small slab to cover a wet bar. It was more than likely one of the smallest jobs they do. The sales rep did not treat it as such and was very helpful in picking out the color. They were able to complete the project quickly because it was a smaller job and it looks fantastic. We are looking forward to using them for a bigger job later on.

We now have a brand new, beautiful kitchen because of Granite Transformations! Josh and the team were great to work with, were very professional and finished our kitchen in just 4 days!! It was really a one-stop shop and that made it so easy. I highly recommend them for anybody looking to update their home!

Granite Transformations did an amazing job in our Master Bathroom. They took out a tub and installed a new shower, vanity and floor. I looked at serveral companies to do this project and GT was competitive on pricing and time. Once the process began, they communicated well and budgeted their time wisely. The workmanship was excellent and the process was well planned. We are very happy with the final result.

Notified company that we were not satisfied with the finished product. They did send someone out and they concurred that the product looked dull and would have an installer come out and buff or polish the counter top. When the installer showed up with a peice of sandpaper in his hand, I questioned what he was going to do and was told he was there to smooth some rough edges under the counter where it met our old counter top. He went on to say that you can't buff or polish the product. I told him that we were not satisfied and have someone get in touch with us. It's been weeks and no one has make contact with us. Potential buyers should consider real Granite for about the same price - we wish we would have.

John our goal is for you to be more than happy with your countertops so lets see what we can do to make that happen. The samples we bring to your home and what we display in the showroom are consistent with the slabs we installed in your home. You saw and chose the exact stone prior to installation. I am sorry you are not happy with how shiny the surface looks. Different colors are going to have a different shine and lighting will also affect the appearance. We would be happy to bring the sample back out and if there is any difference in the finish we change out your slab. Keep in mind the finish on our slabs are guaranteed for a lifetime. They do not have as high as sheen as some high polished finishes on certain granites and marbles. This is by design because the finish on a granite or marble countertop will fade over time and requires additional service to maintain that high sheen finish. Your Granite Transformation countertop finish will last the lifetime of the product and does not need additional sealers, specialty cleaners or polishes. We will be following up with you shortly. Granite transformation fails to perform post warranty work. The warranty is worthless. Run Run Run! 12/12/13 UPDATE: We are in conversations with Chauncey Fisher (corporate representative), and Granite Transformations' corporate VP of Marketing to find resolution. 1/24/13 update Almost 2 months to the date and the service issue was finally addressed. Chris Johnson (regional rep) was proactive, but I still posit that this incident should not have escalated as it did. The product has good style, but post warranty channels are not clean.

This is the owner and I assure you that we honor all legitimate warranty requests. I have no reason not to because the manufacturer pays for warranty work. We are one of the few countertop and cabinet companies that even provide a warranty and in the rare occasion there is a warranty issue we take care of it. It is simply in the best interest of my location to make sure all GT customers in Atlanta and surrounding areas are happy and love our service.
