Excellent Heating and Air Conditioning Company
I love this company! The quality of their work is beyond measure. They are prompt, knowledgeable and have outstanding customer service. Thanks to their service, my air conditioner was repaired in less than an hour. Also, the price for the repair was very reasonable for the services rendered. I would recommend HIGHLY recommend them! They are the BEST heating and air conditioning company!

Consistently Good Service
We’ve called A&K Heating and Air three times in the past year to repair our AC unit. It’s a 20 year old system, and we’ve been holding off on getting it replaced. A&K has always provided us the best service and we always knew what we were paying for. We finally decided to get our system replaced and as usual the service was flawless. A&K worked with us in scheduling the installation on a Saturday, so we did not have to take off from work. Thanks for the dependable and outstanding service. Highly recommended.

Great Long Term Service
I had a new unit put in 4 years ago, and now I am in the process of selling my house. I had an inspector come out to inspect my house. For the HVAC side, there were minor things that had to be looked at, so I called A&K Heating and Air to look at them and do any work that need to be done. They came the same day, without any charge, and fix those mirror problems. I am grateful for their quick and great service. Now that is one less thing I have to worry about. I recommend them to all my friends and family, and I would recommend them to anyone else as well. Thanks!

Wanted 1/2 replacement cost upfront
Called company to service a/c unit. Was immediately told it needed to be replaced and they wanted 1/2 payment upfront. Told tech that we would not consider paying until the work was completed in full & we were satisfied. He then offered to accept 1/3 payment upfront. We told him we weren't interested.

As always we strive for customer satisfaction. It is not our company's practice to deceive or take advantage of our customers in anyway. If our service tech finds that a system is old and/or in need of excessive repairs and that it is in the customers best interest to purchase a new system rather than trying to patch it up, which may lead to even more costly expenses for the customer, then we are upfront with the customer about this. We are an established small business, we are licensed and insured. If work is to be done then at least half or a third of the monies is expected upfront . This has always been our practice as well as other Heating and air conditioning companies and even in other industries this is common practice. A & K stands by it's work and are dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers, unfortunately we can not please everyone, but we work hard to come very close. We thank you for your patronage and we are here if you need our services in the future.

Saved us $6k & found rodent problem others missed
A&K saved us so much money and found a major safety concern. Our hvac system kept losing its connection to our thermostat and not working. Our regular hvac service came out 3 times; it kept happening so they quoted us $6k for the new system they said we needed. I asked A&K for a second quote just to be cautious. They came out the very next day, calling first and arriving promptly. Their technician crawled all around and realized that the problem isn't our system but rats in our crawl space chewing the wires! Ack! He replaced the wires and the system works great. We are using some of the money we saved on an exterminator. It's not just a money saving issue though, it's a health issue. We have kids and I'm so incredibly glad A&K was so thorough that they noticed the rodents that the other company had missed three times! When we eventually do need to replace our whole system we will be calling A&K.

Noise in the furnace
The heating and air guy gave us the information about the furnace that we needed to know. He was very precise. The experience was pleasant.
