Used to hate rain now I love watching the water run away from my house and basement! So thankful I called Trotter and got their expert, kind, courteous, punctual, reliable help. Everyone I encountered was professional and thorough. Worth every penny I spent. Would do it again in a heart beat. If you have a wet basement they are the people to call. They were better than I'd hoped. And so clean! Definitely left my place better than they found it. I work hard for my money but I'd trust them with any job. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. Call them! You will be so happy you did. :)

I almost didn't call Trotter, because I didn't think we could afford them (given their premium reputation). I am SO GLAD I did. The system they installed was so much more comprehensive and effective at waterproofing our basement than the other 2 quotes we got. And the price was surprisingly low- much better value than I expected! The service, as expected, was top notch from start to finish- even better than we expected, actually. We could not be happier with the work Trotter did on our house, and the peace of mind we have knowing their guarantee is on our basement is priceless!

This is my second project with Trotter. They are the consomate proffessionals.The project was done perfectly, from the diagnosis,estimate,and repair. It's rare to find a company that does what they promise and stands behind their work,trotter is that company.I highly reccomend them.Great job,thanks.

Totter solved my two problems. On the exterior they regraded the soil away from the house, installed retaining walls to divert water away from the house. On the interior they installed their Dry-Tec system on all the below grade exterior walls. They did a great job on both projects and were professional, on-time and provided us with a dry lower level ready for renovation.
