Very easy to work with
I called their office at about 10:30 in the morning. The lady on the phone was very helpful and promised to have a technician out between 11:30 and 12:30 same day. She even answered my questions on what to expect in charges. The repairman arrived at 11:45 and was completely finished by 12:30! The price was just what the lady had estimated no hidden charges! And the work is guaranteed. What more could any customer ask for?! Thank you so much for making my garage door repair an easy and affordable experience! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of repair.

Great service!
Garage door broke down and the representative from Universal Garage Doors showed up the same day, quoted me a price for the work and there were no hidden fees. The technician arrived at arrange time to fix a garage door, had the parts on hand and got my garage door working that day. Very friendly guy knows his trade and the rates were competitive. Great service!

straight forward service
I called Them at 9:30 am and had my springs, spring tube and wires replaced by 11:30 am. Honest and straight forward service. Tom keeps the business small so you won't pay for corporate greed or technicians hired off the street. He has been working in the business for long time so he knows what he's doing. Most important his tool trailer looks like it has rockets on it. You can't go wrong with those guys.
