I went to a few clinics in the area before finding out that my insurance covered GRS. I went to a seminar to get a feel for the place. The other clinics I had visited or inquired about either... wouldn't return my calls, e-mails or were rude to me. Dr. Namnoum was the doctor at the seminar and she is now my doctor. She is genuinely excited for me when there is a reason to be excited and genuinely disappointed when there is a reason to be. Her and her nurse, Tracey, are both so amazing. I am still on this journey, but they stay in touch with me and make a point to make it a whole-body experience and make sure I am doing well in every way. I love them and would tell any of my friends to go to them!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
The folks at GRS are very hard-working, knowledgeable and most importantly sensitive to the struggle!
After spending 7 months with unsuccessful attempts at ovulating with a diagnosis of angular PCOS, I was referred to Dr. Conway and her team. Dr. Conway made me aware of the underlying cause of my condition, and helped me develop a plan (metformin, diet, and exercise) to combat my insulin resistance. She stressed the importance of sticking to all of the steps of the plan, as it doesn't work without all 3. After 5 weeks of a low-carb diet, regular exercise, and metformin, I went in for more testing only to find that I was in fact pregnant! It was Dr. Conway and her vast knowledge of my condition that helped me get there, and I will never forget what they did for me. I will be giving birth to twin boys in 3 weeks, and my husband and I couldn't be happier.
Congratulations! Just goes to show that fertility therapy is not always some high tech and expensive process. It’s amazing what can be accomplished with a dedicated medical team and a motivated patient – we did it together! Dr. Conway

Our hopes for having children were dwindling, so our last resort was to make an appointment with Georgia Reproductive Specialists (per a friends recommendation) or settle on adoption. We started seeing Dr. Mark Perloe in 2012. After testing both my husband and myself, the percentage of us having children was 3%! And of course I asked, “3% out of 100%, or 3 out of 10??”. 3% out of 100% was the answer we received. After many discussions considering IVF, adoption or accepting that we wouldn’t have children, we decided to begin treatment with Dr. Perloe. I will never forget Dr. P saying, “you will not leave my care until you are pregnant!”. His "bedside manner" is amazing; that of a friend, not just a doctor! Well, he made good on his word! In March 2014, we welcomed our girl/boy twins into the world! We never knew life could be so much more amazing than it already was! Many thanks go out to Dr. Perloe and the staff at GRS. They are ALL so nice and welcoming.. we actually enjoyed our doctor visits each time! I highly recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr. McCarthy-Keith was referred to my partner and I for our reproductive needs. Being a same-sex couple and me being of advanced maternal age at age 41, we were apprehensive about the type of welcome and care we would get. After 5 cycles of IUI and the expertise, confidence, and assurance of Dr. MK, we are finally able to conceive and we should have our little girl this summer 2015. Words cannot describe the warmth, genuineness, and positivity that the entire office staff provides. I highly recommend, without reservation, Dr. McCarthy-Keith and all of the other physicians at GRS, to all our fellow LGBT community.
After suffering from PCOS for 10 years I finally found a doctor that is knowledgeable and on top of current research. I went to see Dr. Perloe for a PCOS consult and he was extremely helpful in finding a treatment plan that worked for me. Dr. Perloe took time to explain research and best practices that would help me, best of all he has that information on YouTube videos too so I could go home and watch those with my husband. I just went back for my follow-up visit and I feel amazing. I have been able to lose weight and control all those miserable symptoms. If you feel like you've tried everything on your own, but with little success then go visit Dr. Perloe. It was so worth it! Also, I was self pay patient because their office doesn't take my insurance and the staff was really helpful in working with me.
Dr. Perloe was the best in town and I guess the saying you pay for what you get is true. His ability to help us finally make a beautiful baby boy is about to come true. My wife is 5 months pregnant. We highly recommend this doctor and his staff if you truly want to have a child. Darryle and Jenny Guarino
After reading all these great reviews about Dr Perloe and Dr McCarthy-Keith, I wish I had seen one of them rather than Dr Kaplan. Not very friendly and condescending. I am an educated person and I feel like Dr Kaplan doesn't like to be asked questions, almost like she thinks you're challenging her, which makes me uncomfortable.
To be 100% honest, I was very concerned at first with all the talk of statistics and I felt like everything was so “business” that I didn’t know if I’d ever feel comfortable. After running several tests, that’s when we really got to talking about the facts, and I realized that it’s best to get the business out of the way first because those feelings can be overwhelming, especially when they weren’t yet justified by those facts we were waiting on. I have never felt more comfortable and more cared about than I was attending this practice. Every single phone call was answered immediately, the staff is phenomenal and caring, and I can’t say enough about how much I love Dr. MK. She put our minds at ease about every concern, she listened to every question, she gave honest feedback and direction, and she made it her job to make me feel comfortable through every step along the way. And, it may not matter to you, but it was the icing on the cake that in my most panicked and worried moments- she told me to have faith and pray. It’s rare you get THAT kind of support and love from your doctor. We had faith, we prayed, and our son will be here in less than 8 weeks. The only thing I’m disappointed about is that I had to graduate back to my normal OB/GYN practice, because I would have stayed here forever had they let me!
After years of disappointment with trying on our own, we decided to try fertility treatment. Sadly, after a miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, failed IUIs and a failed IVF cycle, we felt as though we would never become parents. We initially worked with another fertility clinic with no success. The doctor made us feel like we were just another number. The experience was not positive. We made the decision to contact Dr. Perloe at Georgia Reproductive Specialist based on our research online and the recommendation of other patients that have been treated by him. After the first consultation at GRS, we felt something that we had not felt in a very long time….HOPE. We were very impressed with Dr. Perloe’s knowledge, professionalism, and how he does not sugar coat anything. It was very refreshing and we felt like we were being treated as individuals. Dr. Perloe listened to our story, he was very thorough in his examination and testing, and developed a plan for us that was totally different than the protocol with the other doctors. His staff is also amazing. From the moment you walk in the door, Keebler and Lisa make you feel welcome and comfortable. Jacqueline, Jaclyn, Jennifer, and Tracey are like our new extended family. They were so nurturing during the entire experience and were always available to answer our calls and numerous emails. We are happy to say that we are expecting our baby in January and are so thankful to Dr. Perloe and his staff at GRS!
My husband and I can’t say enough good things about our experience at GRS – from the front office personnel [Meridian Mark location] to the financial consultant. Our physician was Dr. McCarthy-Keith and she is the absolute best. Combine her knowledge and compassion with that of her colleagues (Jennifer Clair, Rita, Amy) and you have the A-team. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant after our 1st IVF cycle and it would not have been possible without Dr MK. I am an older first time mom and this is truly a dream come true. After the transfer Dr. MK said she would be praying for us and as Christians that meant everything to my husband and I. It was a sad day to graduate from GRS but they will never be forgotten and who knows – we may travel this road again for baby number 2, but until then we will enjoy this pregnancy and eagerly await our bundle of joy.
My husband and I have beed trying it conceive for 4 years. I was shocked after learning after 2 miscarriage that I needed to see someone at GRS. After the two losses I was praying that they would have more luck then my on/gyn. First apt she was very throw and told me for the first time that I had pocs I was surprised. After she got me on the right meds I got pregnant in two months. And now she has released to to my regular ob/gyn I will miss them dearly. But I look at it as a graduation. I love GRS and the nurses they are great. I would recommend them to anyone that needs asst. getting pregnant.
My husband and I had an amazing experience at GRS under the incredible care of Dr. Perloe and his amazing nursing staff. Dr. Perloe's expertise and knowledge of the latest research in fertility treatments provided us great comfort and reassurance during an emotional and stressful experience of trying to conceive. His sweet nurses (Jacquiline and Yolanda) were always there to answer questions about medication schedules, explain genetic test results, laugh with us or lend a tissue and hug when the hormones got the best of me. They are an incredible practice and we are so grateful for their help and love. We also are extremely grateful for their commitment to military men and women; the discount they offer to those in the military made our fertility treatments more affordable and provided this as an option for our family. Thank you GRS!
My husband & I had been trying to conceive for over a year. We worked with a Reproductive Center in Atlanta & tried a few methods that just did not work. I decided to research IVF procedures & that's when I found GRS. I was very impressed with the reviews that I read on Kudzu about Dr Purloe & GRS so we made an appointment to meet with Dr Purloe to discuss IVF options. Dr Purloe reviewed our medical history & gave us his medical opinion on what our next steps should be. When we left the office, I remember my husband saying that he was very impressed with Dr Purloe because Dr Purloe seemed to be very thorough and he took the time to make sure we fully understood all of our options. So we began our IVF treatments in January 2014. Our RNC Jennifer Clair is so smart & was very attentive to our every concern! The staff at GRS are so amazing! Our transfer procedure was scheduled during one of Atlanta's ice storms in February. The city was shut down due to the snow storm so the staff members of GRS stayed at a nearby hotel so they could keep all of the patients on schedule for their IVF transfers/procedures! I get tears in my eyes every time I think about how the staff at GRS took time away from their family so they could help us start our family! As of 3/27/14, we are 8 wks pregnant! We made the best decision ever when we decided to transfer to GRS and we are so excited to finally see our dream come true!
Dr. McCarthy-Keith and the staff of Georgia Reproductive Specialists were compassionate, patient and always prompt in their service. My husband and I were able to get pregnant within 3 months of first seeing Dr. MK. Dr. MK was able to diagnose me within the first 2 visits and begin a treatment plan to get me and hubby preggers! We are very satisfied with the service she provided and will go back when we're ready to try for our 2nd!
We saw Dr McKarthy Keith when a friend referred us to GRS. Our IVF process was very smooth. Nurse Rita and Dr MK are amazing. Dr MK started me slow with the medicines given my PCOS issue. I completely trusted her from start to finish. Dr MK's nurse Rita was very reassuring. She even gave me her personal cell phone number in case I felt anxious over the weekends. And one of the weekends I actually called and spoke to her. They are an awesome team. I was so sad to graduate from GRS to my regular ob-gyn.
