Every customer is important? Guess not...

Would give a 0 but have to give at least a 1. This group must be super busy to not even return calls to request just an estimate for a 10-15K project (and future business). I don't even want to imagine how they follow up on current/completed projects. Called & spoke w/ Kasey who asked me to call his voice mail because he didn't have a pen and he would call me back. I did that & heard nothing. I sent a message thru the website the next day & still heard nothing until a week later when I got a half hearted message from a seemingly uninterested Kasey. Very poor communication and attitude...pass.

I apologize for the miscommunication. I did try to contact you a couple times. I wasn�t able to take your information down the first time bc I was driving on the way to a job. If I am ever driving I always have the customers call me back and leave a voicemail/text so I CAN BE SURE to contact them. I did follow up that afternoon and the following day. I�m not sure why you did not receive my messages. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication. It is never my intention to have a customer feel I was uninterested, I always return phone calls to my customers. My job is my passion and I pride my company on great customer service and every customer is top priority. Sorry for the misunderstanding that happened. Thank you for your time. Have a wonderful day!

OUTSTANDING Patio/GREAT Customer Service!!!!!

Casey and his team did a large backyard landscape and patio project for us. Found them on Kudzu and called because they are local. Service from Hardrock was/is outstanding as they came in on plan and on schedule and effectively managed. We have found that they are competitively priced, always on time, deliver great customer service, and they stand behind their work without hesitation! If your looking for someone that will treat your home and property as if it were their own, give Hardrock a call.

please, think twice

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Left my yard in a total mess and then charged me additional labor at they end to cover some of time to clean up the mess they made!! If you do use this company, get even the SMALLEST details in writing. A handshake, drawing and discussion were not enough for us. Very, very disappointed. My highest quote would have been less expensive in the long run.

Competent and Professional!

I highly recommend Hardrock. Casey and his crew did a fantastic job on my paver patio they installed. Casey gave great advice on how to install the patio, he is a seasoned expert. Then Casey and his crew came on time and did a great job. The final result exceeded my expectations! I wish all contractors were as professional, competent and easy to do business with as Hardrock.

New Hardscape Backyard

Casey and his team provided a backyard transformation in April 2012. The preparation (planning), as well as, the design was impeccable. Casey was very flexible with changes/updates during the week and still hit his estimated completion date. His team is very professional and accommodating. We love our new backyard..it is definitely an extension to our home. In addition, Casey helped me with troubleshooting my sprinklers and came out to help me/fix. If you are looking for a backyard transformation, as well as, a true partnerI definitely recommend Casey and Hardrock.

Awesome Results!

We recently had Hardrock Landscapes build an outdoor patio and firepit, and were very pleased with the results. Casey was very flexible working within our limited budget and has a very good talent of connecting with what our vision was for our outdoor patio and turning it into reality. His team was able to come in and finish the job on time and within budget, with outstanding results. We now have the patio and outdoor living space of our dreams, and within our budget. Thanks, Hardrock! We'll definitely call on you again and refer you to all our friends and neighbors!
