WORSE NIGHTMARE
This company committed an afternoon apt on a Saturday with me and failed to show. I was stuck waiting their arrival on the 1st beautiful Saturday in a long while sitting in my house. The poor technician called me at 5:45pm Sat to say he was running late and could come now! Obviously its a management issue. I declined after giving them my afternoon, I was not giving them my night. For my time and trouble they said maybe we could reschedule in a week!!!! No customer service skills!! This is a poor managed company that I would never endorse! Please look elsewhere!

This customer called Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment (next day) in a time of the season where we are booked out for at least 1 week. I advised the customer that we were booked out for 1 week. (Note: This time of year, we may run 1-2 weeks out, as we do not hire temporary labor [day labor, or minimally experienced seasonal technicians] in order to preserve consistent quality of service.)
She requested that we try to fit her in because she was going out of town and her current provider failed to show for service. I advised her that we could squeeze her in for a Saturday afternoon appointment and we would have the technician call when he was en route. She was given a fair price with no upcharge for weekend service. The technician had a full day and called when he was en route to her location (last appointment). The customer advised that her whole day was ruined and wanted to cancel.
Our office spoke with the customer on the following Monday (she was very ugly to 3 of our office staff during these conversations) and advised that we could reschedule for the next week but we were fully booked for the current week. The customer requested a discount for her inconvenience but the service was already quoted at the price of our minimum service call, and had already been cancelled once by the customer. The customer advised she would attempt to locate an alternate provider to perform the service. We felt like this was a good idea. Also, the "poor" technician she spoke of was Jason W, whom is a very highly rated technician here on Kudzu.com. Please read a few other reviews for an accurate account of his service.
