Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning

Called Atlantic at 9pm on 06/12/13 when it was 88 degrees upstairs at my house. Adam answered, and to my amazement said he could be there by 10pm. He showed up and went right to work on my old air conditioner and had it running again in just a few minutes. I felt the charges were fair and he informed me there was no overtime or after hour charges and I would have paid the same if he was out there at 10am and not 10pm. I'm so happy to have found these guys on Kudzu and now have a company I will use and recommend forever.

Adam was very prompt with our appointment. I was given an estimate of cost of the service before they came to our home based on what we told them we thought the issue with our a/c was. This was great cause it allowed us to have an idea of what the repair would cost us. We had our a/c unit go out and he was able to repair the problem and had the parts to fix it the day of our appointment. His estimate was correct which made us very pleased. It has been over a week now and our a/c unit is doing great nice and cool in the crazy Atlanta heat we have. I would recommend this company to everyone. This is the second time we have used this company and both time we have had wonderful service! I know in the years to come I will have to replace my downstairs unit but for now Atlantic Heating and Air gave it more life and saved us lots of money. Thank you!

Had our circuit board replaced but was charged 4 times the cost of the board.
I think some of the reviews of this company are not real.
They are definitely not the lowest.

Atlantic's prices are very competitiave compared to other companies in the area, and the owner, Adam, was easy to work with from the get go. He was also able to estimate the repairman's arrival time within one hour (as opposed to a 3-4 hour window). I would easily work with Adam again and recommend him to others.

I've been using Adam now for 3-4 years for all my properties and he is the only HVAC guy that I will ever call. He shows up on time (yeah, even at 9pm), his quotes/prices are the lowest in town, and his work is quick and top notch. On multiple houses, I've replaced evaporator coils, mother boards, thermostats, and condensers and he always gets my HVAC system back online. He also educates you on the actual problem and if possible he will prevent future problems. He's fixed my heat in the middle of the winter and my AC in the middle of the summer (I still don't know how he doesn't sweat in the summer). Atlantic is the only HVAC company I'll ever use. Refer him out to your friends and family and support his local business. Atlantic is the only home improvement company that I have as a contact in my phone (Home Depot doesn't count). Truly a great company and a great guy, call him for all of your HVAC needs. Thanks Adam...
