Be careful, not all companies have as strong and unconditional a warranty/guarantee as North Fulton. It's also comforting to do business with a company like this registered with the BBB with such strong ratings. After my booster termite treatment I had concerns due to a misunderstanding and forgetfulness on my part. I won't bore you with the details. The key is they were alarmed I might not be 100% satisfied and immediately reached out! It's nice to see some companies are still dedicated to service, follow-through, and customer focus. I thank Darren for his quick and solid work. The technician was professional, courteous, timely, on schedule, efficient, friendly and neat. The 100% guarantee for repair or replacement of property if termites attack gives peace of mind without the exceptions typical elsewhere. I've been a customer for over a decade!

Brad and his team came out to help us with a roof rat issue. They set traps & caught all the rodents. I had them fix any points of entry including metal sheathing on my roof at the gutter line. They were fast, courteous & knowledgable about pests. I'm now on their quarterly pest control maintenance plan and haven't seen any bugs in the house since either! Would highly recommend Brad & the guys at NF Pest Solutions!

I had some initial communication issues with N. Fulton when I first paid them to do an exclusion on my home in 2012. When that happened the owner was quick to call me and make sure everything was taken care of. At that time I was happy. It's been several months since then and I have just found that rats have gotten back into my house. When I called to have someone come out I was told their computer was down and they would call me back as soon as it came back up. They never called. I called the next day and was told it would be next week until someone could come. So now I have to live another week with live rats running around in my house and have little expectation that they will fix the problem when they do come. They've been to my house 4-5 times now and still don't seem to know how the rats are getting in. I honestly believe they are good folks and they are always very nice but they don't seem to have anyone qualified enough to resolve these persistent rodent issues.

Darren and Eric demonstrated the utmost professionalism when completing my annual renewal (which included a retreatment). They made suggestions that actually saved me a few dollars, which always welcomed! I expanded my pest contol services by North Fulton Pest Solutions several years ago due to owner Joseph Edwards' commitment to customer service, quality, value and integrity.

I called Brad at NFPS upon recommendation from friends who own a property management company in Atlanta. I thought I had "a" mouse. After an exhausting week of trying to catch it, I gave in & called Brad. He was out to my house within 1 day & spent 2 hours on my property analyzing the potential points of entry for the roof RAT infestation I unknowingly had. Traps were set immediately & all possible points were sealed (roof to crawl space) within a few days. It took 5 weeks, but 17 trapped rats later, my house is now rodent free. And I have learned that there is never just one - don't wait to call! Brad was extremely responsive and available via phone and text whenever needed.
