Very professional and great service
We've had Michael Begitschke out to our house twice and we're very happy with his work and his level of service and professionalism. He gets the job done quickly. As a bonus, he is so neat and tidy, you wouldn't even know anyone had done any work in the house!

High Prices
Charged $310.00 to install non-complicated kitchen faucet. Over charged $100.00. Managers would not return my phone calls. Left 5 messages. I thought they would be competitive with their prices, which was not the case. Obtain additonal quotes for jobs and don't be in a hurry. Best if you allow Superior to come out and provide quotes and have them do job another day. Then you can compare their prices. I was trying to have the work done the same day to avoid another trip. Not worth it. The plumber did a good job.

They showed up on time and did the work. Only complaint was the price seemed high for the work done.

Pricey and Unresponsive, but they Advertise a lot!
I suggest seeking a different plumber. I agree with the other negative reviews posted.
Superior Plumbing's prices are nearly double what others quote due to their extensive advertising costs. That is what they told us when we questioned $350 charge to change a $30 filter on a 45 minute call.
The visiting technician was timely, professional, and knowledgable. But, the customer service rep was dismissive when we questioned their prices. He never called back despite assuring us that he would look into a price adjustment.
I will not be using Superior Plumbing again.

Will do anything to get the appointment
I explained my problem very specifically type of pipe and size, and told the woman I needed a line patched. The leak had already been dug up by the irrigation company. The woman on the phone assured me that they always have those parts on the truck. When the technician arrived he didn't have anything he needed to complete the job. So after he collected his service fee for the visit. I went to home depot and with $25 worth of stuff temporarily patched it myself with some advice from a friend. Also got an estimate of HALF what they were going to charge for a line replacement. Apparently they were only interested in the big job and had no interest in anything else.
